Ash Analysis Assumptions:

Potassium Oxide (K2O) - < 5.0 % in ash (Higher % may lead to bag clogging which may
bagfilter bypass / bag damage)
Chloride (Cl2) - < 0.1 % in ash (Higher % may lead to bag clogging and corrosion of inter
Silica (SiO2) & Alumina (Al2O3)- > 50 % in ash
Higher percentage of Potassium & Chloride will form salts which will result in blinding of
Higher percentage of Chloride will result in corrosion inside bag filter

We suggest fuels like ground nut shell to be co-fired with fuel containing lesser potassium
better filter bag life

Note: Bag filter is designed for above mentioned input parameters, bag filter guarantee w
