On-Boarding Checklist
All client specific requirements for on-boarding have been
complied with (for example,. security clearances,
certifications, skill levels, workstation requirements, drug
testing, non-disclosure agreements, and so on)
GBS workforce member understands that they should not
use any Open Source Software or LinuxOS on this project
without appropriate IBM approval regardless of how
obtained (e.g. client provided). Immediately inform IBM
Management of any Open Source currently on workstation.
GBS workforce members PC is compliant with ITCS300.
New Workforce member has filled in and shared the Right
to Work Certificate Form

Off-boarding Checklist
All client specific requirements for off-boarding have been
complied with
Formal communications with the Client was sent informing
them that the team member is no longer in project.
Documents and information related to the project or area
have been returned. Confidential documents have been
returned (or destroyed as required).
If applicable, desktop and laptop(s) and software licenses
have been returned. If client hardware, all IBM Confidential
information has been removed in a manner so that it cannot
be recreated. Hard disk was reformatted if necessary.
Confirm all Client Confidential, Personal Information and
Sensitive Personal Information has been removed from the
GBS workforce member's workstation
