Cross Cheque / Release Order for payment in favor of Consumers Association of Pakistan along with
confirmation letter to be sent to CAPs office so as to reach on or before February 27, 2015 positively.
Non-receipt of intimation by the above date, the CCA Award Committee would presume that your
company is not interested in the Award and in such case it will have the discretion to offer it to a close
runner up.
Each participating company fulfilling above conditions will be entitled to receive five complimentary
invitations cards for the ceremony: any extra invitation cards, subject to availability, will be @ Rs.3, 500/each payable in advance by Cross Cheque / Cash.
Award receiving institutions will nominate a person for the receipt of Consumers Choice Award who would
be invited to the stage to receive it from the Chief Guest.
Companies are welcome to send promotional materials and gift hampers, which would be judiciously
distributed.
Payments through Cheque / Release Order are mandatory before Award Ceremony along with TAX
deduction certificate.
