VIOLATION OF PROBATION
Before me this day personally appeared Michael Lamhert who, heing first duly sworn says that Dennis Correa,
hereinafter referred to as the offender, was on the 8th day of November, A.D. 1993, placed on probation for the offense of
Grand Theft (5 cts) in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, for a term of 30 Years (Cts. 1,2, and 3); 15 Years (Cts. 4 and
5 ) (concurrent) in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 948, Florida Statutes.
Affiant states that the offender was instructed on the conditions of probation on 11-30-93 by Officer Roger Bassant..
Affiant further states that the offender has not properly conducted himself, but has violated the conditions of his probation in a
material respect by:

Violation of Condition (15) which states, "You will make restitution in the amount of$909,810.77 to the victims".

In that, the offender has failed to pay, in full, the restitution due to the victims in Cts. 4 and 5.
