EDWARD SNOOK, US OBSERVER
FALSE PROFILING OF DEBORAH SWAN
1. Defendant Swan moves this court to take Judicial Notice and record
this notice into the public record.
2. These facts found within this notice are relevant to prove the state of
mind, and the evil intent of the actions that Plaintiff Snook has taken
and is still currently taking against Defendant Swan.
3. This type of false profiling is self evident of the intentional harm
Edward Snook is inflicting upon Defendant Swans life and
freedom.
4. Edward Snook has contacted the same Federal Authorities that have
been involved in the Charles Dyers case, to assist with carrying out
Snooks previous threats of destroying Deborah Swan.

5. Falsely political profiling and falsely labeling someone as a danger

to society could bring serious trouble into someones life.
6. The behaviors of Plaintiff Snook are concerning due to multiple
threats that which Snook is now openly carrying out against
Deborah Swan.
7. The false statements that Ed Snook has filed into this case, is self
evident of Snooks malicious actions against Deborah Swan.
8. This false profiling against the Defendant Deborah Swan, by
Plaintiff Edward Snook, clearly shows that Edward Snook has acted
outside the realm of professional journalism.
9. The false statements Ed Snook has made to the Oregon Department
of Justice, is the substantial proof of Ed Snooks malicious conduct.
10. The substantial fact that Ed Snook requested the Oregon
Department of Justice to contact the same Federal Authorities,
cause harm to Deborah Swans life and freedom.
CONTRADICTION PROVES EVIL INTENT
TO CAUSE HARM TO DEBORAH SWAN
1. The following individuals below are only a couple of the featured
writers that are located on the web page www.usobserver.com,
owned by Plaintiff Edward Snook.
2. This can be verified by going to the web page and clicking the
pictures on the right side of the web page.

3. These facts are critical to this case, due to the contradictions by Ed

Snook.
4. Ed Snook filed a Declaration into this case, sworn under the penalty
of perjury that all his claims are true.
5. Ed snook has false profiled Deborah Swan as being a dangerous 911
Conspiracy Lunatic.
6. Ed Snook stated the following in this Declaration:

The Defendant Swan, moves this court to take this judicial notice of
these critical substantial facts, that Ed Snook supports this same type of
belief about 911.
Ed Snook claims in the Declaration that this type of belief is false,
malicious, and insane.
Ed Snook contradicts himself by supporting the following journalist who
are the featured writers of his web site and newspaper, the US Observer

Devvy, Kid

Devvy, Kidd is a featured writer for the US Observer. Ed Snook has Devvy listed on
the front page of his web page. Devvy Kidd has been writing and publishing
thousands of articles on NewsWithViews.com, the US Observer, and her personal
website about the OKC Bombings and 911 being an inside job by our US
Government.
Devvy has stated hundreds of times that these events were
government sponsored terrorism since as far back as at least 2004.

J M Appleton is a featured writer on the US Observer web site. The caption above is
currently published on the profile located on the US Observer web page.
The US Observer has described Appleton as an avid proponent of 911 Bombing and
MANY other controversial (government involved) events. Appleton believes the US
Government is responsible for WACO, Ruby Ridge, OKC Bombing and many others.
