END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR SELAMSOFT SOFTWARE
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using AmharicEnglish Dictionary by SelamSoft.
Your installation and use of this copy of Amharic-English Dictionary by SelamSoft
indicates your acceptance of this License.
TECHNICAL TERMS
-------------The Software means all software, Amharic and English vocabulary, source code, image
files, icons, accompanying files, data,
and materials received with your order of Amharic-English Dictionary by SelamSoft
Inc.
LICENSE
-------------Amharic-English Dictionary by SelamSoft, all of its derivatives, title and
accompanying materials are the exclusive property of SelamSoft Inc. All rights
of any kind, which are not expressly granted in this License, are entirely and
exclusively reserved to and by SelamSoft Inc.
SelamSoft Inc. hereby gives you a non-exclusive license to use the software
Amharic-English Dictionary by SelamSoft (the Software).
For evaluation, the license is granted, and is time-limited.
For registered release you have to pay a license fee by following instructions
prompted by the program.
You may use the Software on any single computer.
You may not:
- modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative
works based on the Software
- create derivative works based on the Software;
- copy the Software (except as specified above);
- rent, lease, sell, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software;
- remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
- make access to the Software available to others in connection with a service
bureau, application service provider, or similar business
- permit other individuals to use the Software except under the terms listed above;
The Software shall be used for help in translation of words and phrases between
Amharic and English. If the user should choose to use data (e.g., a word pair)
from the software in a publication or on a website,
each use must be cited by referencing the Software as well as the URL
www.SelamSoft.com. The user shall not reproduce the work held herein in whole or
part.
SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AND UPDATES
SelamSoft Inc. may periodically release updates to existing versions, and also
complete new versions, of the Software. These updates may be provided for free or
at a fee, per the discretion of SelamSoft, Inc.
SelamSoft Inc. is not obligated to, but may at its own option, provide free email
support.

EXPORT RESTRICTIONS.
You acknowledge that the Software Product is subject to U.S. export jurisdiction.
You agree to comply with all applicable international and national laws that apply
to the Software, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations, as well as
end-user and destination restrictions issued by U.S. and other governments.
TERMINATION.
The license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations
described above. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software and
Documentation.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
--------------------------------------------The Software is provided on an AS IS basis, without warranty of any kind, including
without limitation the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose and non-infringement.
The Software is distributed as shareware, which allows the user to use the software
before purchasing it. Thus, complaints about the quality or usability of the
Software should be addressed before purchase.
If the Software does not meet the expectations of the user in the trial period, the
user is advised not to purchase the Software. If, however, the Software becomes
defective within fifteen (15) days of purchase, the Software may be returned for a
refund (LESS, IF APPLICABLE, SHIPPING, HANDLING, AND ANY TAXES).
In the event that a separate (not created by SelamSoft) software application or
virus damages the Software or otherwise causes it to malfunction, SelamSoft will
not be help responsible for fixing the Software or the user's computer. SelamSoft
will, however, make
efforts to ensure the compatibility of the Software with commonly installed
software packages.
SELAMSOFT INC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING,
WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE
OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES.
Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the Software
shall remain in SELAMSOFT INC. The Software is protected by international copyright
treaties.
The Software shall not be relied upon for professional translation services.

obligated to cite the software as indicated above.

The Software shall not be relied upon for the design of tattoos or body art.
The Software's use of the American flag in its icons is intended for the purpose of
indicating the use of American English as opposed to British English in the
application. The user understands that this is a description of the type of
English
used in the application and not a political statement.
