and many translations and commentaries of the
original texts have been published in various languages
in India and abroad by learned men and experts, with.
a lot of discussions and dissertations; but th^ Yogasanas
were practiced and taught in rather a limited way in the

Eamachandra Rap is different. Though he is not widely

read in the oriental or occidental literature, he learned the

art at the proper age at the feet of great masters of the
'time and has been and is still practicing them daily
upto
this day. He performs many asanas which ar$
generally
considered as very difficult, especially for a man, of his age,

OH. KAGHAVA RAO,

High Court, Madras,

I le^rn Sri Nallagonda Ramachandra Rao
well-versed in Yoga Asanas. Ho in fact made
a practical demonstration of Yogic exercises
before me which I very much appreciated. He
deserves encouragement at the hands of all those
interested in this line of practical Jnana of
ancient Aryavartha, which being one fast going
out of vogue if not already extinct deservea
preservation and revival and wherever possible,,
an integration with the modern culture of the
West.

SATYANARAYANA RAO,
12th Nov. 1952.

Sri Nallagonda Ramachandra Rao is an

"
"
expert in Yoga Asanas
having mastered the
subject by scientific study and practice for over
ten years The " Yoga Asana " system is best
suited for the development of the body under
Indian conditions. It is suited to young and
old and he can teach and prescribe the particular
asanas which suits an individual. I wish people
take advantage of his knowledge and learn and
-practice the asanas for maintaining good health.
'The .students should compulsorily learn them as
now a days it is very difficult to find a student
with a healthy body. Inmost cases, the bodies
are encumbered with foreign matter which is
a sure sign of disease. Sri Ramacbandra Rao is
anxious to spread the Jmowledge among young
,and old and men and women. I hope and desire
that the public would utilise his knowledge to
;the best advantage.
