Other terms and conditions:
a All items delivered and in the premise of the project shall remain the property of CITYTECH ROLL-UP
SHUTTER until full payment thereof. The company reserves the right to take possession of any articles or
items installed in case of non-payment of the full amount of the project and all expenses in such event
shall be chargeable to the client.
b All bills are payable on demand or as per agreed upon and in case of delay or default, the company shall
have the option to charge interest at the rate of 3% per month on all overdue accounts.
c The project cost shall be valid only for a period of five (5) days from receive of this quotation and shall be
subject to change after the said date.
d The parties agreed that any action arising from this transaction shall be filled in any Court within Metro
Manila.
e Power supply and civil/carpentry works shall be provided by the buyer/owner.
