Master of International Business Administration


This document is to highlight admission process in Paris ESLSCA Business School MIBA
program. It is important to follow the steps below to ensure a smooth admission.
1. When can you apply?
Paris ESLSCA Business School opens registration for any future program all year, however you
need to stick to the deadlines announced prior to each intake. Typically the school has three
intakes per year as follow:
Winter Intake Program(s) starts end of January
Deadline for admission, beginning of January
Spring Intake Program(s) starts end of April
Deadline for admission, beginning of April
Fall Intake
Program(s) starts end of September Deadline for admission, beginning of September

2. Admission and Registration Steps:


Bring the following documents to the admission offices in Mohandessein, Heliopolis
or Smart Village Campuses:

Original Birth Certificate (Computerized)
Original Graduation Certificate or Original Transcript (English or Arabic)
Updated Resume
TOEFL (Paper) with minimum score 500 or TOEFL IBT with minimum score between
59-60 or TOEFL (Computer) with minimum score 173 or British Councils IELTS with
minimum score 5 or ESLSCA Admission Test (EAT)
G. GMAT is a plus (not required)
H. According to the new regulation of the Egyptian Supreme Council of
Universities (ESCU), students of Nongovernmental Universities must bring an
Equivalency Decision in which their certificate is equal to those of the
governmental; from either their nongovernmental university or the ESCU.
An appropriate performance is a must during a personal interview to finalize your
admission process.
After receiving your acceptance email, you can start registration in the Student Affairs
Department (Mohandessein or Heliopolis Campuses)

3. Post Admission and Acceptance Steps:


Upon receiving your acceptance letter you are required to register for your first semester.
Upon registration you will choose your attendance schedule and location.1
Attendance schedules offered in the below forms2

Part Time: Friday or Saturday + Weekday.

Executive: Friday and Saturday every other week or Two Weekdays.


Important Notes:

Attendance in weekends will be at least 6 hours (2 lectures) unless extra courses are
registered

Attendance in week days will be from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Attending schedule may vary or change during specialization track and seminar courses

The primary purpose of registration is to ensure that all students have schedules & studying locations are subjected to
availability. Early registration guarantees higher probability of meeting the students choice.

The school strives to make offer a wide range of attendance schedules based on a forecast from the application form, yet the school preserves
the right to offer classes based on the capacity and feasibility in the selected locations.

Financial aid and installments plans:

Academic scholarships: Applicant whose grade is very good or above is eligible for a partial
scholarship determined by ESLSCA Academic Committee.
Corporate scholarships: ESLSCA is keen to partner with employees of organizations & institutes
in order to enhance employees leadership skills. A partial scholarship is granted to Corporate
Partners employees funded or self funded.
HR Letter should be submitted before the day of interview otherwise will not be
accepted.
Installments: Students who are self funded can pay their fees through installments. Please,
proceed to ESLSCA Finance Department for information.

Funding & Refunding Rules:


For those who apply for final or temporary withdrawal, the following table will be applied:
Withdrawal from registration date, 90 % fees refunded

All fees should be paid in the currency listed in the fee summary table. All fees may be paid via debt and credit cards. Foreign
currencies will be exchanged at CBE exchange rate (extra bank fee may apply)
