Reading of the birth chart of the world is

done by placing Lagna (Ascendance) in Aries. The
planets that transit from one zodiac sign to
another are therefore read to be in the Houses in
relation to Aries as the first House.

WORLD ECONOMY
2010 will see the world economy on a
smooth path of recovery throughout. The
economy will improve markedly after Jupiter (5),
the planet of wealth, transit from Capricorn into
Aquarius at the end of 2009. In April 2010, it will
move further into Pisces. Although Pisces is the
twelfth (Loss) House, its adverse influence is
neutralized by Jupiter (5) being especially strong
in Ruler position. This will make world
economic recovery smooth and secure all
throughout 2010 and will continue as long as
Jupiter (5) remains in Pisces up to May 2011.

WORLD POLITICS
2010 will be another year without major
incidents thanks to the strong positions of
Jupiter (5), the planet of goodness. The only
exception is between 28 May 2010 and 20
July 2010 when Mars (3) transit into Leo and
Rahu (8) transit into Sagittarius. They can reach
each other through trine. There will be more
tension than usual in international politics with
regard to the USA.
From the end of November 2010 to
December 2010, Mars (3) will transit in
conjunction with Rahu (8) in Sagittarius.
Sagittarius is the ninth (Exaltation) House that is
related to holiness, elders. There will be death
of a prominent leader of a country,
probably in the Middle East, resulting in
some political turbulence in that country.

DISEASES AND NATURAL DISASTERS

The very major disasters likely to happen in
2010 will be as follow:
Between 28 May 2010 and 20 July 2010, Mars
(3) in Leo will be in the fifth (Children) House that
is related to the mass, the general public. Rahu
(8) will be in Sagittarius and in trine with Mars
(3). There will be risks of major storms and
major earth quakes resulting in a lot of
death, especially to children.
Between 20 July 2010 and 4 September
2010, Mars (3) will transit into Virgo in
conjunction with Saturn (7) its accident pair.
Uranus (0) the planet of sudden calamity will also
be in the opposite sign in Pisces. This will pose
another risk of major earth quakes and
major fatal accidents.
Between 29 November 2010 and the end of
2010, Mars (3) will transit into Sagittarius in
conjunction with Rahu (8), its wind Element pair.
The risk of major damage from storms and
flood will rise again.

earth quake in Haiti that resulted in over
200,000 deaths, nor the 8.8 scale earth
quake near Chile on 27 February.

CELEBRITIES
Between 28 May 2010 and 20 July 2010, Mars
(3) will transit into Leo, the fifth (Children) House
that is related to youth, and will be in the Special
Position of Hardship. It will cause a highly
prominent young person in the
entertainment business or in sport to die or
face accidents related to drug or
intoxication. This will most likely occur in the
USA.
Between 20 July 2010 and 4 September
2010, Mars (3) in Virgo in conjunction with Saturn
(7), its accident pair, will be opposite to Jupiter
(5) in Pisces. Jupiter (5) is the planet of elders,
and it Jupiter (5) will also be in conjunction with
Uranus (0), the planet of sudden calamity. There
will be death due to old age of a highly
revered and highly acclaimed and
respected person.
Between 4 September 2010 and 18 October
2010, Mars (3) is in Leo. Mars (3) is the Ruler of
Aries, the first (Self) House, and Leo is the
seventh (Spouse) House. There will be news
outbreak of a romantic affair between
highly prominent individuals, or a marriage
between big world celebrities.
Between 18 October 2010 and 8 November
2010, Jupiter (5), the planet of respect and
elders, will be in Pisces. Mars (3), the Ruler of the
eighth (Death) House will be in Scorpio which is
the eighth (Death) House. Mars (3) will be in
Ruler position hence especially strong, and it will
be in trine with Jupiter (5) while Jupiter (5) is also
in conjunction with Uranus (0), the planet of
sudden loss. There will be death due to
illness of a highly acclaimed respected
female former world leader, probably in the
UK.
