Know Ye that We the Most Illustrious Sovereign Grand Commander of the Ancient and Accepted Rite, having
received a Petition from a Constitutional Number of Masons in Ancient form, stating that they have the interests of our beloved Rite at heart, and that they desire to propagate and extent its Sublime Teachings by forming
a Supreme Council, 33, in and for the United States by the distinctive names and title of:

Now Therefore, We, believing that there are good reasons for granting the prayer of said petitioners, do by

the necessary Ocers of the Supreme Council of the Ancient and Accepted Rite, to be holding in the Valley of
So Paulo, or other States within the Brasil, aforesaid by the name and title of the "Supreme Council of the
Ancient and Accepted Rite 33 in and for Italy" with the customary power to Warrant subordinate Chapters
and Councils, according to the Several Rituals, in any or all of the degrees of the Ancient and Accepted Rite 33.;
and we furthermore do authorize the said Illustrious and Enlightened Brethren to confer the several Degrees of
the Ancient and Accepted Rite from the 4th to the 33., according to the Constitutions, Ordinances and General
Rules of the Supreme Council 33rd and last Degree, and in no other manner.
Done in the Supreme Council 33rd of Ancient and Accepted Rite where reign Peace, Knowledge, and the Plenitude of all that is Good,
