COMPANY PROFILE
This chapter briefly discusses about the company profile of the
McKleene Premium Products, Inc.. It briefly discusses the historical
background, vision and mission, organizational structure, products and
the overall management of the company.
Brief History of the Agency
McKleene Premium Products, Inc. was first registered with the
Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on May 10, 1989 as a
manufacturer

and

trader

of

janitorial

supplies

and

equipment.

However, their products were not initially patronized by the consumers

due to many competitors. In order to solve this problem, McKleene
expanded its operation by providing janitorial services, building
maintenance and allied services on January 2, 1990. In connection to
this, while providing services to their customers, they are also able to
market their products. On May 1997, McKleene added other services as
follows: septic tank excavation (pozonegro) and termites treatment
(pest control).
Furthermore, McKleene has secured its permits and licenses to
operate as follows: (1) The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) on
June 16, 1989 for the Certificate of Registration for Business Name
which is renewable every five (5) years; (2) The City of San Fernando

(La Union) on January 02, 1990 for the City Permits & Licenses which is
renewable annually; (3) The Department of Health (DOH) for the Health
Permit; and has secured a Countryside Barangay Business Enterprise
(CBEE) Certificate.
McKleene has been in business as a manufacturer, trader and
service agency for more than twenty five (25) years.

At present,

McKleene is the leading janitorial and manpower service agency in

Northern Luzon. McKleene has established its branch in Baguio City
and satellite office in Dagupan City, servicing the private and
government agencies in Northern Luzon listed as follows;

has already established its name in Regions I, II, III and CAR. And with
management dedication, efficiency and commitment, the corporation
is said to be financially sound business enterprise. And this would be
committed to be ready to compete with other big companies in
Regions I, II, III and CAR.

equipments, facilities and tools to accommodate the needs of its

clients.

operations.

McKleene Premium Products, Inc. is located at #16 General Luna
St. San Fernando City, La Union. Mckleene being located in the center
of the city is an advantage on their part. In a very competitive
environment, it makes the business visible to the people, to the
consumers who matter to them.

McKleene Premium Products, Inc. consists of Board of Directors

supported by well-qualified and experienced core administrative
officers with relevant knowledge, skill and expertise on their respective
fields.
The Board of Directors is composed of a Chairman Annie C.
Casuga, President Noel T. Hufana, Treasurer Bernard C. Austria,
Corporate Secretary Cleofe A. Hufana, Director Irene Grace C.
Oliveros.

The primary responsibility of the board of directors is to

the

shareholders' assets and

ensure

they

receive

decent return on their investment.

Under the Board of Directors is the Administrative Officer
Mency Ann M. Ancheta who serves as principal advisor and participates
in developing and implementing administrative management policies,
working with management on planning organizational needs, and
preparing

plans,

goals,

objectives,

or

criteria

for

management

processes. This position requires knowledge of a wide range of

qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the development and
management

of

major

administrative

programs,

demonstrated

analytical ability, and strong written and verbal communications skills.

The General Bookkeeper Mary Ann C. Dadag, handles the
accounting needs of a company, including the preparation of financial
statements. General Bookkeeper reports directly to the owner of the
company or the highest level of management and often works with an
outside CPA firm to prepare financial statements and tax returns at the
end of the year.
The Sales Clerk Cleofe A. Hufana is in charge of looking over
the sales activities of the company with the aid of the warehouseman
and messenger with the aid of the Cashier Manolo O. Rullan, and
Accounting Clerk Rolando P. Lumague, Maria Regina R. Alvero and
Jhanell L. Oribello.
The Service Supervisor Loreata I. Ibea, coordinates, directs, and
monitor activities

to ensure prompt, courteous, and accurate

responses are provided to customers with the aid of the Driver Renante S. Suyat, Contractual Janitors, Serviceman (Pozo staff), and
the Relievers, Helpers or Trainees.

The Branch OIC is in charge of the overall management of the

affairs of a branch office together with the Branch Clerk Virginia G.
Baldo.
The Production Head - Charito D. Nisperos is in charge of
planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes. They
ensure that goods and services are produced efficiently and that the
correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality
together with the Chemist, Production Aid Ernesto B. Camacho, and
the Warehouseman.
The companys employees contribute to the success of the
company through their hard work, ideas, productivity, and enthusiasm.
Their main commitment is to enable their employees opportunity to
develop their skills continuously, communicate constantly and openly.
