Acne
2 Tsp Oatmeal
1 Tsp Baking Soda
Mix the two together with enough water to
make a paste, apply to face and gently rub, then
rinse.
Half a Lemon
1 Egg white
Squeeze half the lemon juice and mix with 1
beaten egg white, apply to your face and leave
the mask on overnight. In the morning wash
with warm water.
Eczema
2 Tbsp Honey
1 Tsp Honey
Mix the 2 together into a paste, apply to your
face and leave for 10-15 minutes, rinse and pat
dry.
2 Orange peels
Grind up the orange peels (with a blender or
mortar & pestle), add a little water to create a
paste, apply to your face and leave for 20
minutes, rinse.
3 Organic Carrots
Skin the carrots and boil until they are soft,
mash until you get a smooth paste and apply to
affected areas for 15 minutes. Rinse with cold
water.
1 Organic Cucumber
Cut the cucumber into thin round slices and
apply to affected areas, soak on the skin for 1-2
hours, do this once daily. You can also extract
the juice from the cucumber and apply that
directly to the affected areas with a clean cotton
cloth.

Upset Stomach
4 Carrots, sliced
4 Cups of water
1 Tsp Peppermint, dried
Boil the carrots, turn the heat to medium and
add other ingredients, cook for 15 minutes,
blend the mixture and drink.
Cup rice
6 cups water
Boil the rice in the water for 15 minutes, strain
the rice, add honey or sugar to taste if
necessary, and drink the liquid warm.

bring to a boil, reduce the heat, simmer for 10
minutes, strain and drink all of the berry liquid
when you first feel a migraine coming on.

Heat but do not boil the mixture for 30 minutes,
strain and cool in the refrigerator. Drink 1 part

4 oz Cranberry Juice
Drink cranberry juice every day to prevent
infection. If you are currently suffering from a
UTI, up the amount to 2-4 cups a day.

drink every morning in place of coffee.

Mix into 1 cup of warm water, drink once daily.

Steep bay leaves in 3 cups hot water, remove
leaves and drink 2-3 cups a day.
