Subject: Corruption in Idaho
Mr. Grigg,
I have enjoyed receiving the Liberty Minute.
My question is, do you know of any investigations into the corrupt legal
system here in Idaho?
My husband and I have been dealing with the Idaho legal system for four
years now. He was falsely accused of molesting our grandchild after we
expressed our desire to gain custody of her.
Our grandchild, at a sleepover, told two preteen girls that "my grandpa
kissees me too" (these two girls previously spread rumors around school that
a class mate had molested his sisters, and later recanted their story)...
Police were called and the policewoman who initially interviewed the child
"lost" the audio of the interview. There is more to this and we are
convinced that the officer coached the child into the story that eventually
changed many times.
A hospital nurse who examined the child falsified her report.
report was verified as "false" by a forensic pathologist.

The false

A forensic psychologist, Phillip Esplin of the Arizona Innocence Project,

testied at my husbands trial that another nurse who interviewed the child
did not follow protocol of interview techniques.
The prosecutor (Idaho deputy attorney general Justin Whatcott) withheld
exculpatory evidence in the form of colposcope pics that proved the nurses
report false. He also lied in court and suborned perjury from the woman
police officer.
This same prosecutor, Justin D. Whatcott, sent his investigators to threaten
one of our witness who was so intimidated that he left town and cannot be
found.
To top it off my husband's attorney was continually drunk during his
representation of my husband...we even moved into the backroom of his home
in an effort to keep him sober before trial...it didn't work. This attorney
fell face down in the parking lot of the court house, drunk and unconscious.
Justin Whatcott and the bailiff had to pick him up and take him to the
police station for a breathilizer.
There is so much more to our story but the point I want to make is that
through all of these very unethical actions by authorities in Ada County my
husband was wrongly convicted. He is now serving a 20 year sentence at
Idaho Correctional Center, south of Boise.

I have been encouraging everyone I know to watch the documentary "Witch

Hunt" because the antics that were pulled on the subjects by authorities
were the same as were used on my husband.
I have documents that can prove all of the above.
I have begged the media to cover this but noone wants to touch it.
These men must be exposed for what they are and what they are doing to
people. Even the judge, George D Carey, went along with and agreed with the
prosecutor at every turn.
I don't know what the answer is except that if everyone who has dealt with
this system would keep "yelling" about it perhaps something can be done to
insure that our Constitutional Rights are never violated in this way again.
Thank you for listening and if you have any suggestions or would care to
cover our story please advise.
Sincerely,

Connie Molen
