High Quality Spatter Dash Bond Coating

Description:
DASHBOND SP is a cement based premixed
product for application on smooth concrete
walls and ceiling to work as a rough scratch
coat before applying the cement plaster.
DASHBOND SP is made to be applied
directly to smooth concrete surfaces without
the need to roughen the surface by hacking it.
DASHBOND SP is suitable as a base coat on
precast, cement block, and conventional
buildings.

Composition:
DASHBOND SP consists of Portland cement,
special high strength hydraulic binders,
aggregate and special chemical additives to
achieve a high strength adhesion with water
resistance and crack free coat.

Moisten the concrete surface or the AAC

Block wall with clean water before applying
DASHBOND SP. Running water on the
surface should be allowed to drain prior to
application.

Instructions for Use:

Add the content of DAHSBOND SP bag into a
container of 10.5-11 Lt. of clean water. Mix
until a uniform, lump free consisting mix is
achieved.
For mixing process, a slow speed drill (200 300 rpm) fitted with a suitable paddle is
recommended. Let the composition stands for
nearly 5 minutes and remix again.
Apply the mixture using a suitable spraying
unit or with Tyrolean machine manually till you
reach the required thickness (2 to 3 mm).
The sprayed coat should be cured for a
minimum of 2 days by keeping the entire
sprayed area wet all day.

application on fair face concrete and on AAC
(Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) blocks,
without a need to hack the surface.

affect the adhesion.

12 months in unopened bags when stored in

a dry place.

Limitations:
In case of application in summer season, it is
strongly recommended to spray the concrete
walls one hour before applying DASHBOND
SP in order to reduce surface temperature.
In case of concrete containing curing
compound or any special additives, kindly
contact Colmef Technical Department for
assistance.
For application on fair face concrete
containing micro silica, 25% of the substrate
should be hacked.

Health & Safety:

DASHBOND SP is a cement-based product.
Avoid contact with skin or eyes. Provide
adequate ventilation in working place to avoid
inhalation of dust.
