3) Once your shipment is ready for delivery, send us an email with copy of
your Pro-forma invoice and Packing List to the following email address:

It should contain at least the following information:
detailed description of the goods; Labelling them as SAMPLES NOT
FOR SALE
value of every single item as well as total (CIF)-value NOT OVER US$

Packing list
This form should contain above mentioned details as well as number of
pieces, weight and dimensions.
It will be helpful to categorise the goods as follows:
Good for exhibit / consumption
display stand materials
Brochures, advertising material, consumption goods, give-away items,
etc.
2) ADDRESS AND CONTACT NUMBERS/NAMES.
Address the Shipment to any of our Offices, see our web page for addresses
and contact numbers. www.adglobalgroup.com, send an email with the
shipping information for track and trace.
3) Once your shipment is ready for delivery, send an email to the destination
office, with copy of your Pro-forma invoice and Packing List.

GENERAL NOTES (PLEASE READ )

PACKING
It is very important that the packing of the highest standard is used to
provide the best possible protection for your samples. Please note that
packaging material may have to be used again for re-shipment or delivery to
potential buyers or current buyers, that would request samples or it may be
used for our sales department while visiting customers!
All cases must be packed securely in order to withstand the handling by an
international carrier. Wooden reusable crates are recommended, especially
for delicate products. Do not use hay or straw for packaging material inside
any case.
MARKING
All packages should be marked clearly on two sides. For skidded or
containerised cargo, each piece has to be labelled individually with the same
markings.
Shipping labels should appear as follows:

INSURANCE OF GOODS
Please note that it is up to you to insure your products; we take the samples
at shippers/producers/manufactures risk. We are not liable for any broken
product or damage material.
We recommend that your goods are covered by a comprehensive Insurance
Policy from the time they leave your premises up to the delivery of them at
your nearest ADG office.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
Customs clearance
The usual procedure for all incoming goods for samples and exhibits is a
Formal Samples Entry Declaration; therefore your Proforma INVOICE must
BE valued not over US$20
