OBTAINED A DOUBLE DEGREE AT ONCE IN UUM

Introduction
The Professional Qualification Examination (PQE) in Logistics and Transport for Logistics
and Non Logistics & Transportation students is to be held in UUM. While preparing for the
examination, UUM is organizing classes with full time students of the BBLT in the campus.
The examination is to be conducted by The Chartered Institute of Transport (Malaysia).
Target Groups
Interested students other than those in the Logistics and Transport program and planning to
gain a professional qualification in Logistics & Transport during their study in UUM are cordially invited to participate in this program. The PQE is equivalent to Honors Degree in Malaysia
Requirements
Open to Logistics and Non Logistics and Transport students of UUM.
Have sat for at least 10 papers in the Logistics and Transport disciplines.
Completed the prerequisites of the related Degree Programme.
Have taken a maximum of three (3) subjects per semester with 3 credits each.
The schedule for the classes are based on the academic guidelines provided by UUM
Mode
Candidates are required to attend classes on a semester basis together with the BBLT students.
MQA requirements are applicable.
Duration of Study
Three (3 ) to eight ( 8) semesters
Subject (s) Exemptions
Students who have taken minor papers in Logistics /Transportation discipline will be exempted but these subjects will be included as part of the overall subjects taken. Approval should be
made from the Dean of STML
Examination
The examination is to be held in UUM and will be monitored by the CILT (M)
Costs
RM 300 per subject or RM 1530 (all subjects), including the convocation fees
Scroll Recipients
Upon completion of the 10 papers in Logistics & Transport including exempted papers the
PQE scroll will be awarded at the CILT (M) convocation.
