1. INTRODUCTION
This guideline includes complete descriptions of the fonts, spacing, and related information about preparing full papers
for the IJAR Journal.

The papers should exceed 6 pages for the contributed papers (15minute presentation and 5 minute Q&A)
and 16 pages for plenary keynote papers (40 minutes including Q&A), respectively

The papers must be received as a .doc, .docx and .pdf (in case of any problems in preparing a .doc, .docx
and .pdf file, please contact the Journal Office)

The papers must be submitted in an electronic form http://www.ijari.org/SubmitPaper.html


The size of the pdf file should not exceed 2MB.

The main title of the paper should begin 50mm from the top edge of the page, be centred, in Time New Roman
14-point, boldfaced, and all capitalized.
The paper should start with an abstract, followed by the main body of the paper, e.g., INTRODUCTION,
METHODS, RESULTS and CONCLUSIONS.

2. TYPE FONTS AND STYLE


Please use the A4 page size with margins of 20 mm from the left and right, 38 mm from the top, and 20 mm from the
bottom of the page. The entire paper text should be justified. In each section, the first paragraph should have no indent
and following paragraphs should be indented by 10 mm.There is no spacing between paragraphs.
The manuscript should be typed single-spaced. Please use double-spacing only to set off equations, illustrations,
figures, and tables. The body of the text should be prepared using Times New Roman 10-point type.

3. SECTION HEADINGS
The section headings should be Time New Roman 11-point boldfaced, all capitalized, and centred. Double spacing
above and single spacing below each section heading must be used. Do not underline the section headings. Do not
number the section headings.

3.1 Subheadings
The subheadings should be Times New Roman 11-point boldfaced, flush left, and with single spacing above and below.
The first letter of each word in the subheadings should be capitalized.

3.1.1 Sub-Subheadings
The sub-subheadings should be Times New Roman 11-point italicized, flush left, and with single spacing above and
below. The first letter of each word in the sub-subheadings should be capitalized.

4. OTHER IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

Corresponding Author: Please indicate the corresponding author with an asterisk.


Equations: Equation numbers should be right justified and numbered consecutively beginning with (1). Equations
should be separated from the body text by a single line of spacing, before and after the equation.

Units: The use of SI units is strongly recommended, and mixed units are to be avoided.
Tables: Tables should be framed. The font of a table heading is 10-point Times New Roman italic. Table captions
should always be positioned above the tables.
Figures: All illustrations (line drawings, charts, plots, etc.) must be suitably reduced in size to fit on the page. All
figures must be individually numbered and captioned. Illustrations must be sharp and clear. Figure captions should
always be positioned below the figures.
Figure and Photograph Captions: Must be written with the 9-point Times New Roman font.

Photographs: It is necessary that you reduce the size of your photos and paste them in the text where you want them to
appear. Do not use high-resolution pictures since this will increase the size of your PDF file.
Location of Illustrations and Size of Lettering: The illustrations suitably reduced in size should preferably be located
within the text material, but may be located at the end of the text. Illustrations and captions should be legible without
turning the manuscript 90 degrees.

5. SUMMARY (OR CONCLUSIONS)


Following the body of the paper, the last section is SUMMARY or CONCLUSIONS, and should be labeled as such.
