CURRENT PROJECT DETAILS

Construction of a 1.8km long diversion tunnel in the Udhampur-Katra Rail Link, Jammu & Kashmir.
Client Northern Railway
Knowledge of New Austrian Tunneling Method ( NATM ). Well versed with construction activities
taking place in this methodology.
Knowledge of Equipment to be used in such activities and site execution.
Work involves complete execution of all activities taking place inside the tunnel including
shotcreting , Erection of Lattice girders, Rock bolting, Rock excavation etc.
Inner concrete lining ( Gantry work ) inside the tunnel. 300mm thick concrete lining done to provide a
finish to the tunnel surface and as the final support layer.
Role
Ensuring that the execution is performed timely without compromising quality standards.
Controlling communication inside and outside the tunnel. Staying in contact with electrical and
mechanical teams, engineers.
Proficient in usage of Autolevel, Surveying equipments.
Meeting client expectations and Client satisfaction.
Possess strong leadership skills, currently managing a team of 2 supervisors and the entire labour
force inside the tunnel.
