EMPIRICAL ANALYSIS

For analysis, the participants were divided

into groups of:
1.

Low SQ

2.

High SQ

3.

Low EQ

4.

High EQ

5.

Low CSR

6.

High CSR

This was done using split-half median

technique.
Then one-way ANOVA was applied to see
the dependence of CSR factor on EQ and
SQ. The following result was obtained:
At confidence level of the model
is significant (p-value= 0.007).
The factor EQ is significant on its own (pvalue= 0.048).
The factor SQ is significant on its own (pvalue=0.033).

 However, the interaction of the factor EQ

and SQ is not significant (pvalue=0.446).

FINDINGS FROM THE STUDY

Its been seen that the people with high
SQ and EQ have a high CSR quotient.
SQ has more influence on CSR than EQ.
SQ and EQ are independent of each
other.
So, by properly developing SQ in people
we can hope for more efficient and
sustainable business practices which will
ensure a peaceful future.
Most of the respondents come under the
category of youth, and they are having
high SQ. This makes the future picture
optimistic but this has to be sustained
and developed.

LIMITATIONS AND SCOPE FOR FUTURE

RESEARCH

 The research took responses of only 80

respondents, which is a comparatively
small sample size.
The time period in which the research
was conducted is very small.
The process should be repeated at
regular intervals to increase reliability
and validity which was not done.
