belief that the defendant committed this crime

On 2415 Deputy Biede and I, Deputy Burns, were advised of a 911 hangup call from the 1600 mile of Rolf Ave. Deputy Biede and I knew of ongoing
problems at this residence and a no contact order in place between two parties at the residence. When we arrived on scene

Deputy Biede observed a subject jump out the east window of the residence and take off running. Deputy Biede instructed the subject to stop running in
which he did not follow. I went north, following footprints from the residence. I located the subject in a field along side a fence trying to hide under a tree
growing over the fence in a snow drift. I knew the subject to be Jeffrey Kingrey from previous incidences and placed him in custody. After placing
Kingrey in Deputy Biede's patrol vehicle, we went and spoke with Carla. Carla stated that she tried calling 911, in which Jeffrey took her phone and
hung up the call and would not give her phone back. Carla's phone was found.

I, the undersigned, being duly sworn, state that all facts contained in this Complaint and Affidavit, known by me or told to me by other reliable persons form the basis for my
belief that the defendant committed this crime

On February 4, 2015, Deputy Burns and I were advised of a 911 hangup call at the 1600 Mile of Rolf Avenue. Deputy Burns and I knew of ongoing

into the grove. Deputy Burns continued north and K9 Toby and I went around to the northwest. Deputy Burns located the subject, identified as Jeffrey
Kingery, in the field to the north of the house and took him into custody. After placing Kingery into my patrol vehicle we spoke with Carla Weitzel.
Weitzel advised that she tried calling us but Jeffery took the phone from her and hung it up. She advised that she tried getting it back but he refused.
Kingery was found to have Weitzel's phone on his person.
