Summary
Since 2013, I managed Telekom Malaysia research fund project worth RM 2 million as a
Project Leader. The project that I led is associated with Software Defined Networks and
Network Function Virtualization. I am also involving numerous big projects especially that
associated to OSS/BSS integration where it involved many system owner, numerous
EMS/NMS, APIs and different stakeholders. My job scopes are managing the project financial,
project milestone and manpower management. Also consulting the custodian on project
specification and solution architecture, involve in the preparation for project requirement
along with the stakeholders, responsible in engineering and technical aspects such as
designing the system architecture, decision on tools, software and equipment to be used,
modules, technology selection, pilot tests and evaluation. I am also involved in a discussion
and collaboration with technology partners, vendors and research entities. I am regularly
doing a technical presentation to top-level executives such as partners, CTO, CEO and Senior
Manager. In 2014, I managed to score A+ of CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) for the project
that I led. I love solving complex problem regarding new technology implementation such as
SDN/NFV, Big Data, OSS/BSS and IoT. Actively contributed in such forums and open source
communities like FloodLight, OpenDayLight, TMF and ONF. Never hesitate to engage with
experts and rock stars in such mentioned area. Looking forward to solves the puzzle toward
the unified framework involves these three distinctive topics (SDN, Big Data and IoT/M2M).
Last but not least, I have deep experience in solving networking architecture and design
problem based on open source solution. Things like FreeRadius, NoCAT, NetBSD, MPLS-Linux,
OpenIMS, Quagga, RouteFlow, NProbe, NTOP, Vyatta, Open vSwitches and other network

open solution are things that I always put into account. Love to see any incoming
opportunities and meeting great peoples.

Involve in OSS/BSS research project. Study, design and develop the solution to integrate TMs
OSS/BSS system that involves hundreds of distinctive network elements, EMS and NMS,
stakeholders and numerous API. Responsible in designing NBI SBI API among different
hardware manufactures. Establish communication with TMF for the framework solution,

June 2011 August 2012 | Malaysia
Lead the development team for Internet Usage Profiling Project (codename: STARGATE). Lead
the system architecture works, software integration and hardware prototyping. Involve in the
development of systems flow process and database design based on Shell script, PHP and
MySQL. Responsible in providing URS, SRS and SDD.
Involve in Broadband User Profiling Project. The project is about pulling the big data from
IPSC and user database which belong to TM Operation Centre. The data then read and
translated into a meaningful manner where the users pattern was measured based on the
payload of the data itself.

Research Engineer,

January 2010 May 2011 | Malaysia
Lead the development team for a designation of IMS IPTV Lab in TM R&D Malaysia, generally
based on Fraunhofer OpenIMSCore. Technical writer for projects ISO 17025 document.
Technical evaluator for projects and labs Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Responsible
for preparing UAT for IPTV STBs testing.
Assist TM Deployment Team on testing for QoS priority for TM High Speed Broadband Project.
These jobs required testing on OLT and ONU over MSAN and BRAS for triple play services,
