Officers that responded to the allegations made against an Aboriginal/Indigene, to produce for the record, the physical
documented, certified Delegation of Authority Order, as Proof of Jurisdiction, as required by Law, per Article III, Section 1 of the

United States Republic Constitution. I / we will allow ten (10) days from the date of this Averment of Jurisdiction Quo Warranto
and Discovery, for the requested, authentic document, with original signatures, to be provided to me / us for my / our complete
examination for my / our said Defense in the Outlined, Actual occurrence of the matter as follows:
1.) The claimed jurisdiction by LINDENWOLD POLICE DEPARTMENT and/or LINDENWOLD BOROUGH MUNICIPAL
COURTHOUSE, over the Natural Divine Being, Jakeem Farouk El, purposely / intentionally misidentified and mis-classified as

a corporate construct and fictitious person named Lucas E. Masters, has already been lawfully challenged already back on 2
May 1434 [M.C.] 2014 A.D.] and mailed via United States Republic Postmaster Article / File Number: 7013 0600 0002 3040

2.) Due to LINDENWOLD BOROUGH MUNICIPAL COURTHOUSE never providing the requested certified Delegation of

Authority Order within the ten (10) day allowed timeframe, A Default Judgment has been officially entered by the Moorish
Nation / Moroccan Empire. The Notice of Default Judgment was served to LINDENWOLD BOROUGH MUNICIPAL
COURTHOUSE on 16 May 1434 [M.C.] 2014 A.D. via United States Republic Postmaster Article / File Number: 7012 2210

0002 3569 5814. The Notice of Default Judgment has been mailed directly to the addressee LINDENWOLD BOROUGH
MUNICIPAL COURTHOUSE, located at: 2001 Egg Harbor Road, Lindenwold, New Jersey [08021]. The judgment was
confirmed delivered and signed for by Cheryl Grugan, Court Administrator herself, to be presented to Magistrate Nicholas F.
Trabosh.

3.) Although a Default Judgment has been officially placed on the record for the fraudulent Bill of Attainder charges made
against a Moor / Moorish American National / Aboriginal Indigene, Magistrate Nicholas F. Trabosh continues to harass
Jakeem Farouk El, misrepresented, misidentified, and mis-classified as a Lucas E. Masters to date. Even though Magistrate

Nicholas F. Trabosh has been made fully aware consistently over the past year (approximately ten (10) months), he still

pretends as if he does not know who the Moors, Aboriginal / Indigenous are thus continually violating my / our Substantive
Rights by both International and domestic laws. Magistrate Nicholas F. Trabosh has been peacefully made aware of Jakeem
Farouk Els status and has ignored his own Oath or Affirmation to uphold the Constitution for the United States of America
Republic, which has lead to severe violations under Color-of-Law, Title 18, Chapter 13, Part 1, Section(s) 241 & 242. His
acts are also considered highly penal and Treasonous to the true Al Moroccans / Americans of Northwest Amexem / North
America and are to be dealt with according to The Supreme Law of the Land.

4.) At this time, it is once again being peacefully commanded that all conspiring parties through LINDENWOLD BOROUGH
POLICE DEPARTMENT and LINDENWOLD BOROUGH MUNICIPAL COURTHOUSE, to indefinitely refrain from further
injuring, further harassing, further Human Trafficking, further committing Treason against, and further intent to commit
Genocide against the Moors / Moorish Americans / Moorish Nation. In addition, another peaceful command is being made
to immediately dismiss any and all of the Fraudulent charges made against Jakeem Farouk El, Ex Relatione Lucas E. Masters.
This peaceful command is for the record, to be read into the record, and to be placed into the record for ultimate Cure of

the clearly calculated and perpetrated violations of all the Constitutionally-Secured rights of the Aboriginal / Indigenes of
the Moorish Nation. Any peaceful respondent communications to allot proper reparations entitled to Jakeem Farouk El can
be mailed to the Mailing Location (not Address or Addressee) below.
PUBLIC HAZARD BONDING OF CORPORATE AGENTS All officials are required by federal, state, and municipal law to
provide the name, address and telephone number of their public hazard and malpractice bonding company and the policy
number of the bond and, if required, a copy of the policy describing the bonding coverage of their specific job performance.
Failure to provide this information constitutes corporate and limited liability insurance fraud (15 USC) and is Prim a Facie
evidence and grounds to impose a lien upon the official personally to secure their public oath and service of office. (18 USC
912). I / we Moors / Moorish Americans will allow ten (10) days for the requested, original, certified, authentic and
physically signed Delegation of Authority Order from Congress, to be furnished for examination to prepare a Defense by
