Professional Experience
PPC Corp. Dallas, Scheduling Manager/ Assistant Plant Manager, 9/86 to present
• Orchestrated management activities for PPC Corp. with annual revenues approaching $32M and a
staff of 8 managers and 200 employees.
• Reorganized management, systems and business operations with a resulting $20K reduction in
monthly operating costs.
• Directed all budgeting, operating, compliance, purchasing, public relations, and administrative
functions. Ensured timely execution of operating forecasts, cash flow planning, regulatory,
equipment and facility maintenance.
• Interfaced with senior management to develop short/long term organizational goals and objectives.
• Negotiated, administered and monitored all contracts and subcontractors.
• Coordinated and scheduled incoming jobs, employee scheduling, payroll, temporary labor control,
