The sweater that goes everywhere, does everything ... note that extra-smart turtle neck.
MATERIALS:
CHADWICK'S RED HEART SHETLAND FLOSS (1 oz. balls). Size 129 balls of main color. Size 1410 balls of main color. Size
1611 balls of main color. Size 1812 balls of main color.

Also 1 ball each of 2 contrasting colors to be referred to in directions as A and Bmain color to be M.
Clark's O.N.T. Knitting Pins, 1 pair No. 1 and 1 pair No. 3.

drop main color. Attach a ball of A, * k 1 A (twist the 2 colors around each other once to prevent making a hole),
drop A, pick up Main, k 12 Main, drop Main, pick up A. Repeat from * across, ending with Main

3rd row: With main color
drop M. Attach a ball of B, * k 2 B, drop B, k 1 M, k 1 A, k 1 M, k 2 B, k 6 M. Repeat from * across, ending with

Starting with 5th row follow chart to end of 11th row. 12th row: With main color p across. 13th row: With main
color k across. 14th row: Same as 12th row.
15th to 25th rows incl: Repeat 1st to 11th rows incl. Then with main color work straight until piece measures
from 1st row of armhole shaping
To shape neck, work across first
Bind off loosely for front of neck the next

and finish row.

Turn and work over last set of sts only, until piece measures from 1st row of armhole shaping

Bind off. Attach yarn at neck edge and work other side to correspond.
BACK Cast on and work exactly as for Front, omitting pattern and neck shaping, and continuing straight until
piece measures from 1st row of armhole shaping
Bind off for shoulder
Bind off loosely for back of neck the next

Bind off remaining sts for other shoulder.

COLLAR Sew up right shoulder. With right side facing, using main color and No. 1 needles, pick up all
around neck edge

Work in ribbing of k 2, p 2 for 1 inch. Change to No. 3 needles and continue in ribbing until collar measures 3
inches in all. Bind off loosely in ribbing. Sew up left shoulder (including Collar).

SLEEVES With main color and No. 1 needles, cast on

Work in ribbing of k 2, p 2 for 3 inches decreasing 8 sts evenly across last row. There remain
