TIME FRAME :

It is a new concept and it takes almost 6 months to impalement the project.

2 Month for searching the proper area and choose a proper place that
everybody accesses the library equally.
1 Month for making the library
1 Month for finding the interested donor .
1Month for making the primary rules for the library and find out some
student who can take care the library and report to the standing committee .
1Month for designing the library and than publish the library to the public
view.

METHODOLOGY :
In this report we use primary data and secondary data both . We also take
help from newspaper , magazine internet and articles .
GOALS / OBJECTIVE ( SPECIFIC ) :
To help the porr children for education.
To Introduce a new education system in the rural level of education .
To provide enough books to the poor people .
To provide guidline to the children who are attending public exam .
To change the perception of rural people about education .
To increase the awareness
To increase the literacy rate .
To teach the people how to write , communicate and read .

BROAD OBJECTIVE :

Library project is one of the port of education and part time income source.

2.1 Reason for choosing the topic :

Choosing the topic because an educated person who know how to distribute
the knowledge from unprivileged children from different sources or himself
by NGO . To creating a library for the unprivilized children that they get
knowledge and also create new different library for other children .
One of the reason is once time we were not get libaray opportunity to learn .
If established this project then similar of us other people encourage for to
create the library .
For this topic we dont need any special person in the library to educate the
children .
Creating library we dont give not only book but also give literacy bookish
knowledge .

LITERATURE REVIEW :
Before of my friend started this similar kind of project in Dhaka rural area
under privileged children. First time the project was hard to continue to run
but a NGO help him by financial and create a name of the project to educate
the children 4 weeks 3 hours in a day . Part time basic senior student run this
project by different cultural function on occation. So that why and by this
experience me and my friend want to run the library project for under
privileged children . This project is one of the practical project thats why we

want to announce other people to start this kind of social welfare project in
the society.
2.3 Task plan :
4tasks t1 creating a task module or schedule
1.1 Talking or consulting with an expert :
Those people know this kind of project how to run they concern &try to
help.
Some of the NGO & other social group member can suggest .
Short term or long term basic to design a project with expert people .
Discuss the finance, bankloan & distribute the loan .

1.2 Moderation between the age of the kids & with the courses to be
taught :
Who are the student to select them
They are all are same age & create a group of separate children .
Library student who wants come to learn & who are teacher teach them
how to read & write & future create a dream that no body treat you .
Make a list of students .
1.3 Finally selecting a suitable course of subjects by group discussions :
Make a plan that is othentic by group discussion .
Alternative issues need to know .
Select a suitable place, design, book category & other utilities system by
group discussion .
Estimate the budget, cultularization letter books if chairs tables etc .
Next alternative source of fund .
T2 Rising fund ( 200000 lakh for 3 year )
2.1 Purchasing the module to banks / NGO :
To make sure the module is used by practically and think the alternative
issues
Try to collect fund from foreign groups or govt authorized NGO like ASA
BRAC BANK .
Bank may give the small fund for welfare issues .
2.2 Bargaining on the amount :
To show the module of top management & give a presentation in Bank
Management .

To show the legal authority paper that u have .

If bank management does not give total money than you need to find the
other NGO sources .
2.3 Personal loan collection as well as bank approved loan collection :
For social activity you may collect fund from social network online & by
campaigning .
Otherwise may collect fund by advertising newspaper , source of media,
relative & personal way .
Besides Bank you need to continue your fund by different media ownself .
T3 Organizing & Distributing Duties :
3.1 Create a level in library who are the top member, middle & get
benefit from this project and involve the other members of the NGO who
are willing to help for this people .

3.2 Distribute the responsibility who have duty to do regular tasks to

exchange the book in a library to know & connect network .
To create the social awareness in ,edia & newspaper .
Organize way to arrange the total system to give weekly a food bonus or
monthly give bonus who are willingly help to develop the project in long
run .
T4 Following schedule tasks / celebrating the following task :
4.1 When the project is almost done to fix a date & announce the
opening date in media or newspaper .
To call a respective person who have social value in the society .
Regular & schedule task should arrange in the library .
Monthly or yearky schedule task may fulfill or fulfill the target .
To create the member or record the children who are poor but willing to
come in library .
