Concept
You can associate a workflow with an action. Some of the prerequisites to launch a workflow
action are:

• Create the workflow in Oracle Workflow.

• Create a collection plan, associate it to a collection plan type and select the collection
element that will trigger the launch a workflow action.
• Create output variables for the collection plan elements whose values you want to pass,
and assign them a token. The token that you assign is the internal name for the workflow
attribute that corresponds to the collection element.
