Elliot Essling, who recently moved here from La Porte, Indiana, didnt waste
any time in doing what he loves to do: drop some lines and catch some fish!
He popped these huge northerns Wednesday afternoon while ice fishing in
the Dredge Cuts. Hunting and fishing are two huge reasons that has lured
Elliot to Big Sky Country and he currently calls Nashua home where his
uncle lives. Welcome to Northeast Montana, Elliot we know youre gonna

Saturday and progress south. The majority of the snowfall is
expected on Saturday however, some snow is expected into
Sunday. Windy conditions on Saturday could result in reduced
visibility issues for people traveling. Temporary whiteout

The Scotties host Glendive on the basketball court

this evening, and everyone is encouraged to get their
Super Hero costumes on. Sponsored by the GHS JMG
class, there will be a drawing at half time of the boys and
girls games for a chance to win a movie pass. The girls
get underway at 6:30 followed by the boys at 8:00.
Last night the Scotty girls lost to a very talented
Saco/Whitewater/Hinsdale squad. The Panthers were
up 19-12 at halftime but would go on a rip-n-tear,
outscoring Glasgow 24-6 in the third quarter and cruise
to a 50-26 victory.
Different story for the Scotty boys as they jumped
out to a 20-3 lead and would put it in cruise control for
the remainder of the game for the 64-20 win.

My thoughts on the Super Bowl? I identify with
football players because I know what its like to spend
your whole life training for a large, jewel-encrusted
ring...

This guy suffered a serious heart attack while
shopping in a store. The store clerk called 911 when
they saw him collapse to the floor.
The paramedics rushed the man to the nearest
hospital where he had emergency open heart bypass
surgery. He awakened from the surgery to find himself
in the care of nuns at the Catholic Hospital. A nun was
seated next to his bed holding a clipboard loaded with
several forms, and a pen. She asked him how he was
going to pay for his treatment.

Do you have health insurance? she asked.

He replied in a raspy voice, No health insurance.

The nun asked, Do you have money in the bank?

He replied, No money in the bank.

Do you have a relative who could help you with the
payments? asked the irritated nun.
He said, I only have a spinster sister, and she is a
nun.
The nun became agitated and announced loudly,
Nuns are not spinsters! Nuns are married to God.
The patient replied, Perfect. Send the bill to my
brother-in-law.

Another guy goes to see his doctor, and the doctor
says, Well, Im afraid you have six weeks to live.
The guy says, Holy crap... well what should I do,
doc?
The doctor tells him, You should take a mud bath
once a day for the next six weeks.

The guy asks, Why? Is that supposed to help?

The doctor says, No, but itll get you used to being
in the ground.
My boss walked past my desk and asked me: Why
