I am writing to announce the dates of the forthcoming major congress being held by the Institute for
Cultural Diplomacy taking place in February 2010. We appreciate your support and assistance in
spreading the word about this great opportunity and would be grateful if you could forward this
information on to any individuals who you feel may be interested in attending this program.
The BIEC (www.biec.de) will take place in Berlin from 4th - 7th February 2010 and will provide a
forum for leading figures from across the world in economics, politics, civil society, the private sector
and academia to discuss different perspectives on the recent financial crisis and the international
economy. The event will seek to produce policy recommendations that take into account the diverse
range of actors and stakeholders in the field.
