ORDER

Upon consideration by the Court on the 23rd January, 2015 of the Applicants
emergency application for an Interim Injunction,
It is HEREBY ORDERED that an Interim Injunction issue forthwith
restraining the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) his servants or
agents and/or the Police Service of Northern Ireland (collectively the
Proposed Respondent), pending the next scheduled hearing of the
within proceedings, from taking any further steps in the collection,
receipt or utilization from the United States Central Authority of the
Applicants interview materials which are the subject matter of the
above referenced action, and requested by the DPP under s.7(5) of the
Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 (CICA) pursuant to its
International Letter of Request dated the 11th September 2014:
AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that service by electronic mail to

deemed to be proper service of the within ORDER:
