EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The project titled Analysis of Financial System of Unitech limited, Noida has been
done with objective of identifying the efficiency of the company, studying the
liquidity position of the company, and identifying the strengths and weakness of the
company. This report consists of five chapters i.e. profile of the company, SWOT

analysis of the company, data collection and presentation ( in theis chapter various
data regarding marketing, finance, human resource management and information
technology of Unitech Limited. It has been collected and different charts are used for
presentation), functional analysis of the company and summary and conclusion.
Chapter 1 includes the introduction of the company with its complex address and
location nature of the organization and its business, vision and mission, product range,
size of the organization, structure of the firm, market share, position of the
organization, present leadership and source of data collection.
Chapter 2 elaborates the internal as well as external analysis of the organization
through SWOT analysis. It includes the USPs of the company in different functional
areas.
Chapter 3 consists of the different functional area of the organization and different
function performed by each department. This chapter is further bifurcated into two
major parts i.e. collection and data presentation. Data collection includes details of
various functional increase in data presentation includes analysis of he information
collected.

Scope of the study:

Focus of the study is on the real estate of unitech ltd and other financial statements.
The study is restricted to the NOIDA area of UP. Target respondents are the customers
who trades in residential and commercial projects. Data is collected through primary

as well as secondary methods. The study helped the researchers to ascertain the
customers perception towards the real estate.
Chapter 4 includes the functional analysis of the different functions of the
organization and the deviations with the theoretical concepts studied in the class
room. And analysis of the same presented.
Chapter 5 elaborates the findings of the project undertaken by the researcher.
