booked, if the attendent receive the booking confirmation with the voucher. This voucher has to be
demonstrated in the selected hotel in order to receive the planned services.

General notes: The price per room and night included tax and continental breakfast. The
reservation will be deliver by the reception of the hotel. If the the room is not available in the
provided hotel, they will organize another arrangement in an comparable hotel with the same
conditions.

FORM OF CANCELLATION OF THE REGISTRATION AND HOTELRESERVATION

Cancellation: All kind of cancellation have to be in written form. In case of cancellation before the
30 of April 2010 the attendent has the right of partial refund (The official housing agency will
retain 20% refund fee for produced administration costs). Cancellation from the 1st of may 2010
no have the right of refund.

Considering to the law protection of privacy (LO 15/99) we like to inform you that all kind of
personal datas will be saved in the database of the agency Evento. Please note that any kind of
personal datas only will be used to realize the organisation and promotion of this congress and
