Sales Leadership Program

Sales Summer Internship Program

The Sales Leadership Associate position is a


two year leadership development program for
individuals interested in becoming a people leader
within our front line sales organization. During the
two year program, the Sales Leadership Associate
will complete challenging rotation assignments,
structured learning and development, and will have
opportunities to network with leaders and peers
across the Coca-Cola system.

The Sales Internship Program is a 10 week summer


internship for individuals interested in becoming
a future leader within our sales organization. Over
the 10 weeks, you will have the chance to learn
about one of our two sales channels (On-Premise
or Home Market). You will work alongside members
of our Region Sales team, building relationships
with customers, leaders, and peers within the
organization. In the On-Premise market, and Home
Market.

The programs rotational experiences are designed


around two sales channels the On-Premise Channel
and the Home Market channel:
The On-Premise rotation is designed to build deep
front line selling experience with our customers
who sell Coca-Cola products to be enjoyed on their
premises (i.e.; restaurants, hospitals, gyms, and
schools).
The Home Market rotation is designed to build deep
front line selling experience with our customers who
sell Coca-Cola products for future consumption (i.e.;
convenience stores, grocery stores and large stores
like Wal-Mart, Target).

Bachelor Level Programs


Minimum 3.0 GPA
Must have reliable transportation
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. or
Permanent Resident

Within the 10 week summer experience, interns


will have the chance to participate in a variety of
activities and collateral projects designed to provide
exposure to the business and further develop
leadership skills.
The summer internship concludes with a capstone
presentation with invited leaders. Top performers
have the opportunity to return to The Coca Cola
Company to join our Region Sales Leadership
Program (a two year leadership rotational program)
after completion of an undergraduate degree.

The program experience is available in various


locations throughout the US.

Successful program participants should possess


a strong work ethic, high energy level, and strong
interpersonal and communication skills. Successful
program participants will share many common
traits: analytical thinkers, demonstrated leadership,
quick learners who are capable of organizing and
structuring information effectively, collaborators
who are quick to seek the help of colleagues and
who recognize the value of teamwork, support and
mutual assistance, enthusiastic leaders, eager to
advance quickly and assume greater responsibility,
innovators who can think outside the box and
beyond the limits of a position or process and strong
communicators with the ability to articulate new
ideas, express and comprehend feedback.
