PURPOSE OF THE DOCUMENT

The objective of the pre-feasibility study is primarily to facilitate and upgrade the Existing Stitching Unit setup of
Craft Centre. The project pre-feasibility may form the basis of an important investment decision and in order to
serve this objective, the document covers aspects of process flow, production machinery cost.

PROJECT BRIEF
Most of the production of the subject project will be for purpose of sales and income resource generation for the
skill full artisans. However, this project is based on the production of standard Basic Overall. Initially, for some time
period this unit might be operating on CMT (Cut, Manufacture & Trim (commercial) basis), but ultimately this
would be an export-oriented unit. Therefore, all the calculations and financial workings have been done while
treating this as an export based project.
