VII. AGREEMENT:
A. I agree to pay tuition as per the agreement.
B. I will be responsible for my travel, food and other living expenses in Geneva.
C. I will be responsible for my travel, food, accommodation, living and other
expenses in Chandigarh.
D. I will submit the GJA of my travel itinerary immediately once I purchase tickets.
E. I will also responsible to fulfil other requirements for completing Swiss visa
formalities. The GJA, however, will arrange relevant documentation.
F. I understand that if GJA cancels the training for any reasons whatsoever, it will
fully refund the fee after deducting service charges.
G. If I cancel my participation in the training for any reason, no refund will be made.
H. I affirm that all facts stated above are true and if I obtain admission to the training
by wilful misrepresentation of facts or other unfair means, my participation will
be cancelled and no refund will be made.
I. I agree to abide by all instructions of the training program faculty, including zero
tolerance policy, not to engage in activities that has adverse bearing on the
training programme, GJA, UN or its partner organizations. If I failed to do so, I
will be immediately terminated from the program, if abroad, will be asked to
return back home. The GJA will notify local law enforcement including
immigration authorities of my actions.
J. I agree not use the training program for any propaganda of any kind, and
understand that training focuses on thematic justice issues, the GJA does not take
position on any issues or engage in advocacy one way or other, because the GJA
and its programs are primarily educational, otherwise my participation will be
cancelled, and no refund will ne issued.
K. I agree to pay, if selected, the amount within time frame stipulated in the award
notice, otherwise I will loose my seat in the training.
L. I agree not to hold GJA, its partner organizations, staff or other individuals related
thereto, liable for any harm, loss or damage suffered by me during the training.
M. I understand my selection is subject to acceptance by the GJA partner in Geneva
and will have no legal recourse for issues arising therefrom.
