Girl Scouts Brighten Birthdays


Girl Scout Troop 2258 and Daisy
Troop 1683 donated four birthday bags
to Long Elementary School families in
need this month.
Birthday-In-A-Bag is a program
started by the Girl Scouts in honor of
Juliette Gordon Low. Troop members

donate all the essentials for a birthday


party, such as cake mix, frosting,
candles, birthday plates, napkins,
cups and wrapping paper. In addition,
the girls donated four presents for
each child.
