MS PROBLEM MANAGER to manage Problem Tickets,
MS ROOT CAUSE OWNER to work on Problem Tickets,
MS TECH to have full access to Problem tickets.

Config Mgt Profile


MS REVIEWER:you can only see Cis
MS COORDINATOR: you can totally manage CIs. Need an approval from HP
manager, or customer ADM or needs to be a Delivery Lead

Change Mgt Profile


Profile to fill only if agent not part of any Change group.
MS INITIATOR CHANGE allow to create changes,
MS REVIEWVER CHANGE allow only to read changes.

Change Manager/Coordinator Groups


Being part of a Change Manager groups gives permissions to Manage and
coordinate Change.
Several groups can be specified here with "|" between each group.

Change Supervisor Groups


Being part of a Change Supervisor groups gives permissions to Supervise a
Change (i.e. change the status)
Several groups can be specified here with "|" between each group.

Change Approver Groups


Being part of a Change Approver groups gives permissions to Approve a
Change. Usually Change Manager are also Change Approver.
Several groups can be specified here with "|" between each group.

Operations Management Tasks


Operations Management tasks are scheduled Tasks which can be executed
by an agent. If Yes is selected then this agent will be able to execute
operations management tasks even without any other Change Role as this
will add the Operations Management Task Profile to the Agent
