MUNICIPAL RESOLUTION NO. 070-2014

UPDATING THE ANNUAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM (AIP) BY PROGRAM/PROJECT/ACTIVITY
BY SECTOR OF GUINOBATAN, ALBAY IN THE AMOUNTS OF PhP960,000.00 GENERAL
FUND AND PhP4,779,343.93 SPECIAL ACCOUNTS.

WHEREAS,
the Annual Investment Program (AIP) of the Municipality of Guinobatan,
Albay for the year 2011 embodies the various programs/projects/activities of the municipality in
which, through this, the local government would be able to effectively and efficiently deliver the
basic services and facilities which they envision to provide to their constituents during their tenure;
WHEREAS,
as part of the short and long term investment programs of the LGU for the
development of the municipality, the approval of additional programs/projects/activities becomes
inevitable and necessary, such as that of the rehabilitation/improvement of the Batbat-CabaloaonBalanac Farm-to-Market Road;
WHEREAS,
these additional programs/projects/activities which are to be embodied in
the forthcoming supplemental budgets must be included in the AIP for the year 2014 or that such
AIP be updated to include them considering that such is a condition precedent in the preparation of
a budget;
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, be it now:
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan of Guinobatan, Albay in
session assembled, to update as it hereby updates the Annual Investment Program (AIP) by
Program/Project/Activity by Sector of Guinobatan, Albay in the amounts of PhP960,000.00 General
Fund and PhP4,779,343.93 Special Accounts.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Supplemental AIP is made an integral part of this
resolution.

RESOLVED FURTHERMORE, that a copy of this resolution be furnished the Municipal

Planning and Development Officer and such other concerned offices/agencies, for their information
and appropriate action.
APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY, on motion of the Sponsoring Committee Chairman,
Honorable Councilor Ricky S. Matza and duly seconded by the members present this 2 nd day of
June, 2014 during their 19th Regular Session.
