The role of sports activities in the current dynamics of the society should be a

form of exercise. In contrast, 25% are almost completely inactive, according to a
Eurobarometer survey on sport and physical activity, published on 29.03.2010 by the

Conclusion:

Certainly, a definitive conclusion and representative can not be held by applying a single
questionnaire, so it is a partial conclusion.
Questionnaire subject is a retired person who admits that has more free time. His attitude
towards sports activities is positive and the most practiced form is walking outdoors that fold his
budget. When it comes to motivation, maintaining health is a priority, sports activity being done
on its own initiative because of awareness of the risks that appear in old age.
Alosi, walking is the most common form of transport for the pensioner but due to their
budgets, I dare to extend to a larger scale this phenomenon.
Placed in a position to assess on a scale from 1 to 10 the types of movement, he was
found most in walking outdoors and least in Aquagym.
