st preparation courses and training experience.
Key responsibilities:
Creating and framing new verbal questions and modifying the existing questions i
n the data base for the initial few months.
Training students in the area of verbal reasoning in preparation for the competi
tive exams.
Creation of necessary content for training and delivery of training.
Using appropriate online tools to aid effective classroom delivery and deliverin
g the scheduled programs and the batches as per the standard operating process o
f
the academics.
Conduct periodic tests and review / analysis of performance of students.
Setting question papers for mock tests & full tests
across varying levels of dif
ficulties.
Customizing teaching to satisfy needs of students in terms of pacing and quality
of material.
Constantly updating oneself on current trends for each test in order to guide st
udents.
Establishes relationships with clients to provide high quality customer service
by establishing a good rapport with students inside and outside class.
Contributes to revenue generation by taking second level counselling, marketing
sessions or demo classes and seminars.
Maintaining accurate attendance and score reports for all batches and tutoring.
Tracking scores of all students who have completed batches.
Must be willing to work extended hours (including evenings and weekends), as nee
ded, to meet business objectives.

across varying levels of dif
ficulties.

Good knowledge in solving mathematical problems with shortcut methods is must.

Preparing students on various aptitude modules of quantitative and logical reaso
ning.

Job Information Experience: Graduate/MBA with 1-3 years of experience in project
coordination (Preferably IT industry).
Key responsibilities:
Responsible to get status and updates of each every individual work load and inf
orm to management on the same.
Participation in team meetings, prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentatio
ns and tables and sent it across to the team.
Coordinate meetings and maintain project calendars.
Ensure coordination of the interfaces of all disciplines like IRP, client relati
ons and acquisition, marketing communications, HR, IT, training delivery and ope
rations.
Responsible to take input s from the Management to develop and maintain the detail
ed schedule.
Members, ensure adherence to deadlines.
File all project documents (hard and soft copies).
Compile summary documents, e.g. Product Development Plan, Management Summary and

Serve as a multiple point of contact from project initiation to completion.
