VISUAL CERTEXAM SUITE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between
you and Avanset, please read it carefully.
YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA BY INSTALLING THIS
PRODUCT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND
CONDITIONS, DO NOT INSTALL THE SOFTWARE. USING ANY PART OF THE
SOFTWARE INDICATES THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS.
The Software is protected by applicable national copyright laws and
international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual
property laws and treaties. The Software is licensed, not sold.
Visual CertExam Sofware retains all the rights, which are not
expressly granted to You according to the present License Agreement.
TRIAL VERSION
---------------------------------------------------------------------The trial version of Visual CertExam Suite may be used for trial
purposes at the user's own risk for a period of 30 days from the date
of installation. At the end of the trial period, the user must either
purchase a license to continue using Visual CertExam Suite, or remove
it from his/her computer.
The trial version may be freely distributed, provided the
distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge
a fee for the distribution of Visual CertExam Suite.
LICENSED VERSION
---------------------------------------------------------------------Once registered, the user is granted a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, non-assignable license to use Visual CertExam Suite
on as many computers as defined by the licensing terms below according
to the number of licenses purchased, for any legal purpose. The
registered Visual CertExam Suite software may not be rented or leased.
There are 3 basic types of licenses issued for Visual CertExam Suite,
these are:
1. Personal License. You may install the software on a single or
multiple computers for personal use only.
2. Company License. You may install and use the software on an
unlimited number of computers within your company or organization.
TERMS OF USE
---------------------------------------------------------------------When you purchase Visual CertExam Suite, the "Registration Code" is
being issued to you. This "Registration Code" can only be used by the
individual (or entity) purchased it and should not be shared with the
other individuals (parties). Any distribution of the "Registration
Code" shall result in immediate and automatic termination of the
rights granted in this EULA.
There are no additional license fees, apart from the cost of
registration, associated with the creation and distribution of Visual

CertExam Suite exam files. Legally registered owners may use their
copies of Visual CertExam Suite to produce exam files and to
distribute those files free of any additional royalties.
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program. Any such
unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination
of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY: THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED TO YOU AT NO CHARGE.

WARRANTIES, ORAL OR WRITTEN, TO YOU REGARDING THE PRODUCTS AND THAT
THE PRODUCTS ARE BEING PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY
KIND. AVANSET
DISCLAIMS
ANY AND ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES,
WHETHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT WITHOUT
LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY
RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AVANSET
SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, COVER,
RELIANCE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFIT) ARISING FROM ANY CAUSE UNDER OR RELATED
TO THIS AGREEMENT.
The terms of this license are subjects of changes in future versions
of Visual CertExam Suite. If you do not agree with the terms of this
license you must remove Visual CertExam Suite files from your storage
devices and cease to use the product.
