The system will be developed in Visual Studio 2010 as an Web based application to allow
installation on modern computers with specified configurations. It can even be programmed to

Cost and Payment:

The estimated implementation cost for the project is 1,80,000/- inclusive of hardware,
software and development cost.

The cost of the project will be 1,90,000. The mode of payment shall be by Demand
Draft (DD). The DD will be in favor of PriVib Group payable at Mumbai.

Legal Section:

The Contract awarded shall be revised according to the completion date.

Additional changes shall not be entertained in accordance to the original contract and
may be included with the revised contract is carried out.
Ownership of code produced: Client and Developer share ownership of the code
produced by the Developer during this project. Either party may do whatever they wish
with the resulting code, including reselling parts of it, contributing parts of it to open
source or applying the work to other projects.

Legal Necessities and Warranties: The software furnished under this agreement is
provided on an as is basis (any flaw according to the agreement will be corrected by the
Client organization). ACI does guarantee that the software will meet limited needs but
may not be free from errors, or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted.
The foregoing exclusions are an essential part of this agreement and formed on the basis
for determining the price charged for the software. But, in case of any errors, the
correction will be done on a high priority basis.
