SECTION1. Section4.0 of Administrative

SECTION
4. lmplementingGuidelines.All acquisition

shall comply with applicablebudgetary,procurementanq auditingtaws,
regulations

SECTION5. Separability.lf any provision

SECTION6. Repeal. All orders,issuancesor parts tlereof, which are
inconsistentwith this Administrativeorder, are hereby repearedor modified
accordingly.
