There will be a HW assignment every two weeks. HWs can be turned in at lecture on the due date, or
you may leave them in the drop box outside Prof. Cai's office no later than 5 pm on the due date.
Important: Late homework gets zero point.
All exams are close book. One piece (A4 size, double sided) of cheat sheet is allowed during all exams.
Contact the professor at least one week in advance if make-up exams are required. Two of the three
exams will be given during help session periods; see the tentative lecture schedule below for details. The
last exam, though scheduled in finals week, will not be cumulative - it will only cover the lectures from
Exam 2 onward.
