Student T-shirt Order

ACT provides free t-shirts for all students attending Festival Day! PLEASE order your free t-shirts for STUDENTS only*, not
for classroom teachers or staff.
In each box below write the number of t-shirts needed. Please note the difference between adult and childrens sizes.

*Due to increased costs, we will not be offering teacher & staff t-shirts this year. We apologize for any inconvenience, and thank
you for your understanding. Instead, we invite you to wear your school t-shirts or decorate your own t-shirts for the day.
**Please be discerning in ordering XXL or XXXL t-shirts for your students. These t-shirts are significantly more expensive, so if the
request is due to style and not need, please get an XL instead. Thank you!

T-shirt Pick-up
Your t-shirts will be available for pick-up from the ACT office (1140 Monroe Ave NW, Suite 4101, Grand Rapids, MI 49503) at the
following dates and times:
Monday, April 20 from 3:00-7:30 pm
Tuesday, April 21 from 3:00-7:30 pm
Wednesday, April 22 from 3:00-5:00 pm
