Extreme Networks new Limited Lifetime Warranty eAHR (express Advanced Hardware Replacement) program is
being offered across the Summit value edge and advanced edge switches.
This new program with enhanced hardware and software warranty including technical support coverage reflects
Extreme Networks commitment to lower the Total Cost of Ownership.

Extreme Networks will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship a replacement part within one (1) business
day of approval of the RMA by Extreme Networks. Actual delivery times may vary depending on Customer location.

Extreme Networks shall provide at no additional cost maintenance releases, if and when available, to correct
defects which cause the software portion of the product to not substantially conform with the published specifications
at the time of shipment from Extreme Networks. Updates, if any, which contain upgraded feature sets can be purchased for an additional fee or a maintenance support entitlement can be purchased. Upgrades, if any, can be purchased and are not included in any maintenance support entitlement.

Customer is entitled as part of this warranty to utilise Extreme Networks eAHR warranty support line via
email, web form or telephone from 8AM to 5PM (Monday to Friday) local Extreme Networks TAC time for basic hardware and software troubleshooting assistance in connection with warranty claims (excluding installation, configuration
and general networking troubleshooting).
