As a Customer Project Manager I was accountable for all activities in the Ericsson project model.
This includes direct and constant communication with strong consultative skills with our customers. I was
responsible for monitoring and controlling project progress and deliveries and focusing on the needs and
priorities of the customer and other important project stakeholders to drive needs with charisma and
courage. This includes:
- creating and maintaining detailed project schedules to manage and track project progress.
- conducting project governance both internally and with the customers.
- early involvement in support of sales and planning phase of the sales process activities including cost
estimation, development of the initial project time line, writing and negotiating statements of work, resource
planning and risk assessment.
Through my business and financial knowledge I was responsible for monitoring and controlling all
