Preface
Welcome to use the new generation record monitor system with high
performance. The system is the fully digital record monitor equipment
researched and developed by our company, integrating requirements of
various fields. It can achieve from single-line to 128 lines call recording,
real-time monitor, high-quality products and super functions , able to be
wildly applied in the field of public security, securities and futures
brokering company, bank, civil aviation, railway, electric power
dispatching department and telephone service industry. This manual
introduced the installation instructions about all of telephone recorders .
Take operation system Windows XP and RV-PCI8 as an example .
Describing operation instructions of the PCI8. Other models can refer
this manual to operate ,which models as follows: RV-PCI16 RV-USB2
RV-USB4 RV-USB8 , RV-USB16, RV-PCI8 , RV-PCI16.

The requirements for the computer system and installation for


the hardware
1 Instructions
1) System defaults Windows XP is installed on Disk C
2) Suppose the recorder system is installed on D /PCI816/ Server08
the driver disk is F
3) PC only connect a piece of recorder box as follows:RV-USB2
RV-USB4 JB-USB8 and RV-USB16.but you can plug 8 pieces of
RV-PCI8 or RV-PCI 16 whom are the same mode into computer slot
2 The requirements for computer system
1) Hardware CPU not lower than C800 or about C800 Memory no
less than 128M ,hard disk: above 20G
2) Operating System:RV-PCI8 RV-PCI16 and RV-PCI8:
RV-PCI8 are supported WIN98/WIN2000 /WINXp
/WIN2003/WINVista, RV-USB1 RV-USB2 RV-USB4
RV-USB8 RV-USB16 are supported WIN2000 /WIN Xp
/WIN2003/WINVista.
3 Telephone connect method
1) Two lines of simulation telephone line:
Usually, call it simulation telephone line that we use common
telephone to dial. Two lines which we have connected the telephone
and paralleled connection, No matter what the Line
is beeline exterior line or interior line can be recorded (See fig

2) Simulation digital signal line:
The line uses simulation digital telephone to dial, we call it
Simulation digital signal line .There are 4 lines connect the
simulation telephone .From the RJ11 that we know 1 and 4 is
power line,2 and 3 is signal line. Parallel connection 2 and 3 can be
recorded. (See fig1-3-2)

3) Digital signal line:
The line uses digital telephone and network telephone to dial, we call
it digit signal line. it only can be paralleled in the hand to record . use
"Audio " can work. (See fig1-3-3)

II

Installation instructions for Software


1 Caution
Make sure the PC is well grounded. If not, it can't work normally.
The test way as follows: Measure the voltage for the PC external
shell, if less than 1V, it means well grounded. Otherwise, the connection
isnt well enough.
2 Installation instructions for RV-PCI8. RV-PCI16.RV2-PCI8 and
RV-PCI16
Note: Our new products which model are RV-PCI8 and RV-PCI16
more advantage than old card as follows
A. Can mix 8 channels and 16 channels to use in one PC
B. Surge protection for new card, it can protect the device.
C. New card can check and adjust hook on and hook off voltage by
software (check voltage by Test Tel Voltage.exe, adjust voltage by
CARD_CFG.TXT under RV Server)
D. In addition, new products are cheaper than old, then same function
and operation. as old
1) Recorder software in the CD, Copy all the software from the CD to the
hard disk.
2)
Power off the PC, insert the telephone recorder card into PC
slot
3) Turn on the power, it will show to install driver program after system
startup. Locate the driver F:\PCI8\Driver from the CD. It is installed
successfully after click OK.
4) Open My computer from the table, click property with right key
of the mouse, point to hardware, point to device manager. Check
whether have COMTECH or not from the device manager
interface and install driverCH365 Voice Recorder( a piece recorder
is used for properly driver). If have, hardware installed successfully.
Otherwise, failed.
5) Open PCI816/Server 8 or Server16, run TMN.exe, installation is
completed if interface is viewed.
6) If you want the system to run the recorder program automatically
every time you turn on the PC, please follow the steps as below:
From Folder "server08"(PCI16 will be server16), highlight the
"TMN.exe" icon and right click the mouse, point to "send To", choose
"Send to Desktop(create shortcut)". Copy the "shortcut to TMN.exe"
from desktop to "start /All programs/startup".
7) In some case the program will automatically exit during recording
when using PCI16 model, you will have to disable the

Hyper-Threading Technology in BIOS before it can be used
properly. The method is as follows: Turn on your PC, press "Delete"
immediately and enter "BIOS setup", set Hyper-Threading
Technology to be Disabled in Advanced BIOS Features(or other
location depends on your main board). If you still have problem to use,
and your CPU is Duo Core, change the setting as follows: in Window
XP, click start, point to run, key in msconfig, point to
BOOT.INI, point to Advanced options, make a mark on the
NUMPROC and select 1, then click OK. Restart the PC, your
phone recorder will work normally.

and

1) Recorder software in the CD, Copy all the software from the CD to
the hard disk.
2) Connect telephone recorder box to your computer by USB line,
system will find the new hardware and mention you ,At that time pop
up Dialog choose "no, not this time" from "welcome to the
hardware update wizard", then click "next" and choose "install from a
list or specific location advanced" and also .Click "next" find "include
this location in the search". In the follows Dialog click "next" "finish",
at the same time ,driver is installed completely.
3) Open "My computer" from the table, click "attribute "with right key of
the mouse, point to "hardware", point to "device manager". Check
whether installed "Comtech USB Device" driver or not under the
"Universal Serial Bus controllers " from the "device manager"
interface .If have, hardware installed successfully . Otherwise, fail .
4) Open software"USB4816/Server4816",run "TMN.exe". installation is
completed if interface is viewed.
5) Read the document"USB4816/Server4816/CARD_CFG.TXT ", if the
voltage have affected result in it can't work
6) If errors happen to the coming telephone number, change '0' to '1' in
the "Server4816/CARD_CFG.TXT/DTMF_RCV_MODE =0"
7) If you want the system to run the recorder program
automatically every time, please according to the follows:
open the "server08", click the "TMN.exe" with the right key of the
mouse, point to "send
end To", point to "Desktop(create
shortcut)" .Copy the "shortcut to TMN.exe "from the table to "start
/All programs/startup"

1) Recorder software in the CD, Copy all the software from the CD to the
hard disk.
2) Before installed USB2 phone recorder, Check whether PC have any
other "USB Audio device". The way is as follows: Right click on "My
computer" and choose property, go to "hardware" "device manager"
"sound, video and game controller" - USB Audio device, if you
have, stop or delete it
3) The driver of USB phone recorder will be automatically installed
when turn on the computer after connect your RV-USB2 to computer.
Please check the follows: My Computer Property Hardware Device Manager Sound, video and game controller - USB Audio
device. If there is no USB Audio device, errors must exist in Window
XP system or USB interface.
(RV-USB1 installation successful automatically still this step , no
need step 4 and step 5)
4) After installation, run USB2\driver\SetupFit.exe, "Setup is success"
will pop up, that means installation successfully, if
o t h e r s p o p u p me a n s i n s t al l a t i o n f a i l. If f a i l, r u n
"USB2\driver\UnsetupFit.exe", then pop up "Unset up is
already", click "OK". Restart the PC, try to install as above again.
5) Click Start/control panel/sound ,speech and audio devices/ sound and
audio devices/audio, change USB Audio CODEC to original
sound card, otherwise the sound can be played.
6) Open "USB2/Server " , run "TMN.exe", installation is completed if
interface is viewed
7) If you want the system to run the recorder program automatically
every time you turn on the PC, please follow the steps as below:
From Folder "server", highlight the "TMN.exe" icon and right click
the mouse, point to "send To", choose "Send to Desktop(create
shortcut)". Copy the "shortcut to TMN.exe" from desktop to "start /All
programs/startup".

Name of the software


1) Driver is a recorder driver program.
2)"Server" is a server software, running the "TMN.exe" will open
recorder interface.
3)"Client "is a client software, running the "TMNC.exe" will open client
port interface.
4)Client popup is pop up software for incoming, running the
" TMNCP.exe"will open pop up incoming interface.
5)"ECPlayer" is a software whom can play recorder data, running

"ECPlayer" will open recorder play interface.

Network settings of the server


1) Inquire the local computer and Router IP address
Click the Run in the start menu and input the cmd in the pop up
running dialog box. And then click OK enter DOS which will
appear a dialog box and input ipconfig. Press the enter key, IP
address and gateway will be shown in figure 3-3-1

2) How to set the Router
Input the gateway (e.g. gateway is 192.168123.254) in the address
column after the IE browsing is opened and set Router. User Name and
password that are explained in the explanations of Router are supposed
to be input in the pop up dialog box. Routers have different brands
and types, so each router has User Name and password belong to itself.
Find the route and IP transmission setting terms Some routers are
named Virtual server, Port mapping or IP transmission, and how
to set the router must depend on the instructions
See fig 3-3-2:

After 9090 9091 9092 9093 port of the Router and IP address are
set ,click save before you exit. In addition, some routers must be
restarted. (See fig 3-3-3)

3) Visit the recording server
(1) If the system have settled IP address of the wide area network , can
visit the recording server through settled IP address.
(2) If the IP address is dynamic, the Peanut Shell software is
recommended. Users can visit the website http://www.oray.net to
know details.

VI Operating instructions of service software


1 System start-up
There are two ways to start-up the system. One is start the system
automatically with the operating system. Another is double click the
icon
with the left key of the mouse. After startup, pop up the
interface automatically is shown in figure 4-1-1.

Note
1) Only the user who have the Exit right can exit and close the
system after started.
2) If the system defaults disk C is recording disk. without choose
recording disk, the current disk in the state information area of the
interface becomes red and very brightly

3) It will show quantity of clients whom had login local system in the
the long range link which in the right of the interface.
4) Click interface can change another one , (See fig 4-1-2)

2 User login
Click the login after system start-up. Pop up the dialog box as follows:

Choose the Username and input the password after that ,Click OK.
If the password is error, must input the password once again. After
username and password are completely correct show that the system will
be registered normally,(See fig 4-2-2)
Note: (The system defaults that Username is Manager and the
password is blank.)

3 Recording inquire :
The system login main interface. click inquire enter recording replay
click search .and then listed the recording information interface is
shown in the figure 4-3-1

1) Dates and local phone numbers
Date: Date of recording who need to be inquired .Each time you can
get the information which a day or many days through the date, month
and year . System defaults the recording of that day The local phone
numbers: when the date is chosen, local phones will find all the local
phone numbers containing the line in and line out calls . System
defaults for all, that is, Any local phone numbers can be inquired if
you choose one phone number or more
2) Conversation nature:
there are three conversation directions as follows : All, line out
and line in
(1) Choose direction: It means inquire conversation details when
choose ALL then only search line in or line out calls if
choose line in or line out
(2) Type: there are three types can inquire: All, Conserve and
Common. It means can inquire any types of recording when
choose All.
(3) Only inquire the recording whom was reserved when choose
Conserve.
Conserve phone means users whom dont want the system to delete
this call automatically when it was circulating and keep it in
conserve. Now tell you the way how to set it. Select recording what
want to work and then click important from recording inquire.
There is a mark such as v in the important., Not to be set
conserve is that common phone which can inquire all of
recordings besides the conserve

3) Client information
Can be inquired recording according to the Companies names
Linkman and Contacting telephones . All of the information
according to the Client information column to set. It will
show all of line in and line out recording whose name are similar to
the users company when choose companies name
It will show all of line in and line out recording whose name are
similar to the User name when choose Linkman It will
show all of line in and line out recording whose name are similar to
this number when choose Contacting telephones .
4) Conversation times
This function is to filtrate the conversation sessions of all the
conversation recording that are appointed.
Note: The time is calculated from the phone is hooked on instead of
the call is connected.
5) Recording play
click search in the text area when pop up recording replay dialog
box . After this, all of the phone recording will be listed. Audio card
can work after click Play in the panel . Meanwhile, can use
recording card to work, only plug a piece into audio output slot if
there are more than two pieces of recording cards.
(1) The recording of record order
Click search after the inquiry about conversations are ready. All
of the conversation recording which be suitable for the conditions
will be inquired by the system automatically and the local phone
numbers will be put in chronological order.
Users can put the conversation recordings in the order according to
themselves as the follows: only click time from the title ,the
system will order according to your operation .
(2) Play, Pause, Stop ( there is no Pause in the recording card)
Choose a piece of recording and then click Play. Connect the
Voice box or Microphone to the audio card or audio output
slot in the recording card. There are 15 levels volume and you can
adjust it according to yourself. The large number, the large volume.
Contrarily, Pause is a button used to stop play. Click Pause
playing will be stop, operate it once again, the playing will be
continue.
6) Auto AGC
Recording are replaying, you can use Auto AGC if the sound
unbalanced. there are 7 levels volume from 0 to 7. the large number ,
the large volume .

Note: If there is no voice, the follows cases must be checked. Whether
the system has sound card or the sound card driver program is
installed correctly. Further more, whether errors exist in the audio
output device whom is the system defaults .
7) Recording backup
Choose the conversation record who need to be backup ,click
Backup ,pop up the dialog box is shown in figure 4-3-2. point to
WAV or MP3 is OK.

(1) Supported WAV format after back-upped .it can play to use tools
of the window XP, the step as follows : Start---ProgramPhone
umberEntertainment Recording player. Copy it to other
computer also can play.

8) Recording deletion
Choose the recording who need to be deleted in the dialog box
recording replay. Single click delete in the current panel and will
pop up dialog box is shown in figure 4-3-4 then click OK to delete
it.

9) Modification of conversation types
Choose conversation recording who is need to be revised , click
Important and then make a mark in the recorder. it will not be
deleted .In addition ,there will be a file TMNData_imp in the root
directory
of
the
hard
disk.

10) Conversation lists
Click Lead, can be listed in the recording replay, the file of type is
xls. its convenient to search the Conversation list is shown in the
figure 4-3-6:

11) Printing of detailed lists


If want the conversation lists which was inquired need to be printed,
click Print outis shown in figure 4-3-7

Click pre-browse area can make the picture larger or smaller. If have
many pages need to be printed ,click the button
on the
pre-browse area can set printing . when the printing isnt need ,click
the button
to give up . Otherwise, click Print out if only one
page need and printed it directly .The system will be shown in figure
3-3-8 when have many pages need to be printed.

Note: If printing is outside the page range ,only adjust the width of
each column in replay interface with mouse until the range is
suitable.
12) Conversation remark
Choose one of the conversation record, click instruction and will be
shown in figure 4-3-9, and then input 20 PCS Chinese or 40PCS
English in the dialog box

13) There is Auto play dialog box at the right of Recording search. If
have mark, recorder play automatically from the top to down Without

mark, can choose it manually.


Monitoring the scene
Only the current user who had login and owned the right of
Monitor can monitor the scene. Click Monitor in the interface.

After that ,the mouse will change the shape to on the screen. Click
any channels can monitor current conversation
During monitoring, click other channel can replace it.
There are two ways to stop monitoring. One is click Monitor once
again. when the button pop up and monitoring will be stopped.
Another is that click it with the right key of the mouse when it on the
information area. The button Monitor will pop up automatically after
monitoring was stopped.
Notes: Only the phone is calling can be monitored. Otherwise will make
noise during the monitor and it have no effect to the calling.
5 Client management
Only the current user who had login and owned the right of Client
management can manage the client. Click client in the interface will
be shown in figure 4-5-1

1) Type :
Click add categories add subcategories add clients add contact
person and add telephones number .A concerned category will be
automatic generation in the left of the area and then input the name.
There are five parts made up client information as follows:
Use incoming call pop up setting software can pop up client
information whom was input.
(1) Category: To classify clients area nature and so on. For
example, according to the identity.
(2) Subcategory: To classify once again according to the category .It is
favorable to distinguish client. For example, according to the area .
(3) Clients name: For example: company name of the client.

(4) Contact person: contact person is belong to the clients company.
each client can own one or more contact person and the number is
not limited.
(5) Contacting telephone number: The phone is very important which
belong to contact person. each linkman can own one or more
contacting phone number and the number is not limited.
2) Add :
Click add in the right of the panel and then the system will add a
node automatically at the end of the tree node which was
appointed .Only need input content whom was added
3) Modify :
Click modify in the right of the panel and then the system will enter
editing in the tree node which was chosen .Only need input content
whom was revised
4) Delete:
Click Delete, then delete all of the node and sub-tree node under it
after confirmed. In order to avoid operating carelessly, take care when
any node is deleted. System will remind the user whether delete or not
6 System settings
Only the current user who had login and owned the right of system can
set system. Click system in the main interface, will pop up system
settings interface. there are six parts made up it as follows:
record destination user settings channel number filter incoming
call pop up setting backup and other parameters.
1) Record Destination
After Click System in the main interface, the system will enter
record destination be shown in figure 4-6-1

Users can choose recorder storage disk which is logic or network
mapping disk according to themselves
All of the storage devices can be set which the operating system known.

It is unnecessary to use all of the storage disks. You can choose a
suitable one.1G hard disk space can record 175 hours (5.71M per
hour) .Only calling can record and will not take any hard disk space if
no telephone. Suppose the user have 8 lines and each line has an hour
conversation every day. the hard disk size need 17G for a year . method
of calculation as the follows: 365815.8M/h 16936M.
Notes: (1).User must set a recording disk at least. All channels will not
record if havent choose disk.
(2).If spare or total space disk below 1,it means disk cant work and
the reason as follows: disk is broken , wrong format or nor
formatted and so on.
Recording will make data file automatically deposit it under hard
disk root directory TMNData" which was set in advance as
follows:F/TMNData/20070616/1/150213-O- 0012-10000-S.Dta
2) User setting
According to specific circumstances, distributing different legal right
to each user is shown in figure 4-6-2

3) Addition user:
Click add in the dialog box, and then be shown in figure 4-6-3

Input the user name and choose the corresponding rights will be
appointed password for new user, then click OK. The system
defaults that pass word is blank. It is better set password for the new
user.

4) Modification user
Choose the user who need to be modified, then click change
password in the dialog box or double click the user name with the left
key of the mouse will be shown in figure4-6-4:

Only the right of modification and new password were modified.
Notes (1) In order to protect the rights of the current user whom uses
the account. Must input the original password correctly when
need replace. Otherwise cant modify.
(2) Manager owns all of the rights ,so his account cant be
modified.
(3) Delete user: Choose the user who need be deleted. Click
Delete in the dialog box and the system will remind user
whether delete or not. It means the user cant login any more
after be deleted.
5) Number Filter
The number filter is shown in figure 4-6-5;

It means filter all of line in and line out number. Then the number who
is setting that are fixed and cant be recorded. Take 163 as an
example. Suppose 163 is fixed as the filtrating number.dial
163and1632567will not be recorded. But dial 25163,
851632will be work.. Other filtration numbers the same as above.

6) Incoming call pop up setting
It use to set that pop up basic information of the incoming call client
which telephone in the server port and the computer whom have
installed recording device through internet successfully login in the
client port. The details is shown in figure 4-6-6

(1) set by user who is in the user setting. The user name will change
in the incoming pop up setting which was modified in the user
setting. Local phone of the incoming pop up and the other part
number be limited by here when client port login.
(2) Local phone call display; it use for the users who was appointed and
can choose one or more information pop up. A piece of telephone
line can set many users pop up. If manager and tj want to know the
information which about 1 3 83976762 5 in time. Only choose
them. Client will pop up hint automatically when have incoming
call from the four telephone after manager and tj login other
computer .
(3) Incoming call display for prefix number Only pop up the first
number. from the picture we know, only pop up 138 139.
7) Data Backup
Click backup will be shown in figure 4-6-7

(1) Auto backup: Set a settled time and then automatically backup
current recording file.
(2) Backup time: Auto backup the data within N days (N is number)
In generally, dont backup when the phone is busy because it will
affect recording If necessary, please backup during the few calls.
8) Other parameters
Click other parameter is shown in figure 4-6-8

(1) Mute N seconds is off . when use audio control record ,if the
setting was checked N seconds it means mute and call is off.
System defaults 10 seconds, but the range from 1 to 30 seconds.
(2) Min effective call is N seconds: It means the conversation is
effectively which need how many seconds after hook on. That is in

call isnt limited by this parameter
(3) Max dial interval is N seconds. When dial a phone number, the time
doesnt exceed this setting between twice press it. If exceed, the
number is useless which you second time dialed. The system
defaults 25 seconds .now take 123456 as an example .when you
press 456 after 25 seconds if press 123 first. Only 123as
recording number. 456 is useless.
(4) Long-distance IP number; the system will intercept the IP number
automatically and without record it after set IP number. If you
want to dial 17909075512345678,the
17909 is IP number,
the system will keep
075512345678 as record automatically
Note: It can use together with the dialed number prefix, the system can
recognize the dialed number 917951075512345678 is
075512345678. The system supports 4 IP numbers at most.

(5) Min rebound login : When the system is minimized, must use
password login can enter the recording interface .
(6) Start when minimum: It means enter recording system
automatically when start PC and is minimized,

(8) Key control It is use to key control only .the key which is the last

7 Recording channel setting
Click channel enter system setting/ recording channel setting, can set

Channel number will show automatically according to the recording
device which is installed in the PC. If installed USB8,there will be show
8 lines under the channel number.. if have 2 pieces PCI 16 were installed,
it will be show 32 lines under there.. Choose anyone channel number, it
will show information about it in the right of area.
1) Native number is a telephone number who connect the channel. It need
to be set, otherwise channel cant record.
2) There are three record modes as follows: voltage control ,audio
control and key control.
voltage control can show the number which dial in and dial
out.audio control and key control havent this function.
use "key control" recorder .base on the last key which is press the
telephone .** means need this recorder.## means give up
3) The telephone number of dial in and dial out display prefix Dial in
prefix is that delete one or more before all of the phone number
which have phone dialed in. For example: It will appear 9 before the
incoming call number when dial in ,if 9 is set the dial in prefix,
the recorded number will delete it automatically.
4) Need record is use for choose recording option and there are four as
follows: All In Out No
5) recorder time: if choose record must set the recording time, the
system defaults whole day, and will provide three time quantum. The
first must to be chosen .
6) Mute value
It is the sound value of environment. when use audio control
recording need confirm the numerical value from 1 to 999, when
recording the large numerical value, the large sound .Contrary ,the
small numerical value, the small sound.
You can adjust Audio control numerical value of the startup
recording according to the environment. Choose voltage control

record, numerical value must greater than current value. Otherwise


errors will show in the main interface. Mute value is ally to the value
of the documents CARD_CFG.TXTRING_THRESHOLD=300

Statistical, Missed calls, Operation record
Click Statistical in the main interface will be shown figure4-8-1

1) Statistical analysis
It can be used to count the historical conversation records. You can
inquire the statistical through the follows: local phone date
Talking direction type client information and conversation
times
The way to set the combination conditions is the same as the way in the
Recording replay. The details operation, please refer to the former
Recorder replay.
When the inquire conditions are fixed, click search and then the
system will list the statistical report, which includes Local phone
Talking direction Accumulated times Accumulated session and
Average session
If it is necessary to print the counted result, click the Print out or
lead and then enter the printing pre-browse area. The specific way is
the same as the way in the detailed list printing of recording replay. the
details operation, please refer to the former recording replay.
2) Missed calls
Missed calls: It is used to inquire and print out the details lists of the
missed calls. the interface is shown in figure 4-8-2

Local phone numbers: Can choose the missed calls on any telephone .
Date: Can choose any missed calls recording of any day during the
range.
When the inquiry conditions are fixed, click search and then the
system will list all the records that fit the conditions.
Print: Print all the records sought that fit the conditions. Click Print
out button and then enter the Printing pre- browse interface. The
specific operating ways are the same as the ways in the detailed list
printing of the recording replay. As for the detailed operations, please
refer to the former detailed list printing of the recording replay.

Client is inquiry software of the Client port. All of recording
products are the same as client port software. Open this software, there

In server main interface system /user setting set the Name and
password.
In server IP/ Domain, if without router or inquiring and monitoring
the recording within the local area Internet, input the IP address of PC
who is installed the recorder card. If have, input the out IP address, the
details refer to the former server setting.
Click login enter the system interface, choose name and
password the same as the server

Click ok the client main interface will be shown in figure 5-1-3

VI Operating instructions of incoming call pop up software


1) Choose the objective installation disk such as Disk D: ;establish a new
directory in the objective disk (such as D /TMNCP/).copy all the
documents from CD F/Client Pop to the objective disk.(such
as),there are five documents under the D/TMNCP/Client Popup whom
is successfully copied are shown in the figure 6-1-1

2)Click My computer enter D/TMNCP, click the document
TMNCP.exe with the right key of the mouse will be pop up the menu

in server about how to set the number in pop up as follows:

6) Cancellation: Click cancel will be switched off the server when it is
unnecessary to receive the pop up of incoming calls. After do it, the
new link can be established

7) Print: All of the numbers were received and can be printed. Details the
same as the Server
8) Hide :Click hide, the interface will be hided or shrank by itself.
However, it will pop up automatically when have an incoming call
9) Exit: Click Exit and the system will remind the user whether exit or
not. If Yes is clicked, the whole program will be closed and pop up
of incoming calls cant be received any more.

VII. Solve problem solution


Check PC connect ground solution as follows
1. If the recording system installation as usual and recording software
can work normal, but have problems as follows
A. Cant record
B. Record or hook on and hook off unsteadily
C. Didnt show dial out number
D. Dialed out number not complete
E. Dialed out number was wrong
F. Without incoming call number
G. Incoming call number not complete
H. Incoming call number was wrong
All of these problems came from PC connect ground not very well
2.Check PC connect ground status as follows
A. Operation tool : digital multi-meter
B. Setting multi-meter as AC 100V , showed as picture

C.

One of the hand hold black metal, another hand hold red
insulation part. Use red pen pin touch behind of the computer
external shell which without oil paint and have good power
on place, for example: touch screw of external shell. If the
voltage below 3V means connect ground very well ,above 3V

3. According to the nation standard, the plug of the PC must have

Use multi-meter check ground line whether protection in the plug as

A. Setting multi-meter as AC 700v
B. Use black watch pen check ground plug ( middle of the plug ) make
sure it is safety as follows

C. Use red watch pen insert another plugs step by step , if one of the plug
was showed 220V means connect ground very well .If without showed
220V on the both of plugs means have big problem

D.Under the "voltage control" record mode,JB-USB4,JB-USB8,

There are three files LangCN.lvg LangEN.lvg LangTW.lvg under
server and client. Customer can change original language to other foreign
language.
Except simplified Chinese operation system and traditional Chinese
operation system , other operation system showing the words as
LangEN.lvg . If the recorder interface didnt show as the
LangEN.lvg , but it showed as LangCN.lvg and lead disorder code in
the interface.In order to can work normal ,please reset the file name
LangCN.lvg
