Cancellations & Refunds. If you cancel your registration in
writing at least 24 hours* prior to the program, you will receive a full
refund, less a $25 administrative fee. Cancellation notices should be
sent to cleregistration@isba.org or faxed to (217) 525-0712. Prefer to
send a substitute, rather than cancel? A designated substitute may
attend in your place if s/he could have registered at the same or lower
price, or by paying the price difference in the event that the substitute
qualifies for a higher registration price. (*Destination and Master Series

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS


Carole Levitt and Mark Rosch, principals of Internet For Lawyers, are internationally recognized CLE seminar speakers and best-selling ABA authors. They are experts
on Internet investigative and legal research, Google search and apps, social media research, social media ethics, and technology for lawyers. They have been presenting
CLE seminars full-time since 1999. Together, Mark and Carole co-authored several ABA LP Division books, including Google Gmail and Calendar For Lawyers in One
Hour, Google For Lawyers, Find Info Like a Pro, volumes 1 and 2, and two editions of The Lawyers Guide to Fact Finding on the Internet. Carole recently co-authored
Internet Legal Research on a Budget for the ABA LP Division. They have also co-authored twelve editions of The Cybersleuths Guide to the Internet. Previously, Carole
was a California attorney, a law librarian in Chicago and Los Angeles, and a Legal Research and Writing Professor at Pepperdine University School of Law. In addition to
speaking and writing books and articles, Mark blogs and tweets about legal technology issues. He developed the companys website, blog, Facebook Business page,
and its online CLE education initiative. Mark and Carole are both active in the ABA LP Division. Mark is a member of the ABA TECHSHOW Board and Carole serves on
the Publications Board. She previously served on the Executive Council. Carole and Mark are fellows of the College of Law Practice Management and recipients of the
2013 Fastcase Fifty award, recognizing 50 of the smartest, most courageous innovators, techies, visionaries, and leaders in the law.
