Representative of the consortium at the site . General
Execution of the entire packages under the contract
with the employer and the consortium agreement.
Representative of the consortium at the site, who has
the highest responsibility for the consortium operation
in the implementation of the package. Direct involving
in the General Execution Division and VMC Executive
Board
Quality management of the entire works in Vietnam.
Direct involving in the technical division, safety
supervision division of WEO
Implementing the tasks assigned by the Director of
WEO. In charge of VMC Executive Board
Instructions, operation upon the technical works,
supervision of the package quality . Preparation of
quality control records, making acceptance with the
Employer.
Operating, monitoring the implementation of safety
work and fire and explosion prevention, environmental
sanitation at the site.
Operating the works progress. In charge of imported
and received goods to the site, involving in warehouse
management.Making payment profiles with the
Employer
Direct involving in all works of VMC and other works
under the general operation of WEO
Supplying materials, spare parts for producing,
construction and installation of equipments at the site
and at VMC
Technical preparation, guiding the specifications of the
works at VMC

Supervision and acceptance of the works quality at

VMC
Operating the works progress of VMC under the plan
of WEO.Operation on the equipments, vehicles for
serving the construction. Operation upon the receipt of
goods to the site.Operation upon the construction of
subcontractors. Making payment profiles with the
Employer.
Construction of the foundations at the site
Manufacturing of shaft tower and house for sheltering
the shaft tower , house for winching,non-standards
equipments at the factory.
Production of equipments, mechanical spare parts at
the factory.
Construction and installation of shaft tower and
equipments at the site
Ensuring to serve the ventilation, water pump,
supplying for electricity and compressed air.
Participation in the construction of foundations,
installation the equipments at the site
